  • .....this is incredible.<3

  • You kinda found a gateway to the wizarding world.

    Wow.

  • @greenspot13 yes

  • soo any idea wht this means

  • Return to us dearest Katherine, we must have you. You're kind of my hero... Harry potter Mecca!

  • This channel exists? AMAZING!!!

  • Katherine needs to get the camera out again! It's been months!

  • @AdamTadz YES. We need to somehow get her to make videos once more!

  • I DIDN'T KNOW THIS CHANNEL EXISTED

  • Hello the katherine. I found your youtube channel.

  • I just found your channel because someone directed me here because i thought you were adorable. I still think you're adorable.

  • I love how you say we should turn it into a mecca. Then thousands upon thousands of people shall descend on them and they'll wonder what the hell is happening. And furthermore I love that there is three lawyers on the sign.

  • This made me super curious so I went to their website and everything, hoping for some explanation for the logo. I found nothing. They must be Harry Potter nerds unwilling to admit it on their serious lawyer website. Maybe they're nerdfighters, but they just don't know it yet?

  • @Tripicality perception filter is broken

  • I can has that fence in front of my house??

  • @HawlyAly anagram. Hi James lets pop corn

  • Comment removed

  • I mean, really, it's just a geometric shape. Anyone could come up with it... Right? Then again, the sign looks pretty wizardly. I just want to remind you Muggles that people dedicated to the Deathly Hallows can be dangerous (Grindelwald, He-Who-Must-Not-Be-Named!)! Please, do not harass them. It's for your own safety!

  • I just noticed this recently as well. It's got to be new, right?

  • "We've only just noticed it." Fidelius Charm wore off?

  • it might just be a scale condensed.

  • @HaploidCell why would J.K. Rowling be furious? She stole the symbol from a children's book

  • i honestly think it is just a remarkable coincidence and not a mystery that needs to aggressively pursued. please don't hassle these folks because of my video! i would feel really badly about that.

  • J. K. Rowling is gonna be FURIOUS!!

  • I see this and immediately think: THE BOOKS ARE REAL; HOGWARTS EXISTS!

  • @MegTao If it does exist im gonna be pissed that an owl never came to my house with a letter!

  • haha they talk the same!! love them!

  • oh and Jasper Smith Olsen, P.C. anagrams to "John Recaps Simplest"

John is excellent at taking really complex things and recapping them and making them simpler and easier to understand, but this also has nothing to do with the Deathly Hallows :)

  • Jasper Smith Olsen anagrams to "John Pleases Trims"

While accurate, it has nothing to do with the Deathly Hallows. lol

  • I went on their website, and their quote is:

"Aggressively Representing the Injured, and Defending the Accused"

sounds like the Quibbler to me.

  • JK Rowling's "Deathly Hallows" are actually based on the Grail Hallows from the Arthurian Legends. The Sword of King David & Spear of Longinus = the triangle, the Dish of the Last Supper = the circle portion, and the Holy Grail = the centerpiece.

The design also is the Christian symbol for the Father, the Son, and the Holy Ghost. The search for the Deathly Hallow's was just another of JK's nods to the Arthurian Legends. :)

  • aweee this is cute:) so Hank, where's YOUUURRRR video? lol

  • Why have I just discovered this channel? MUST SUBSCRIBE.

  • Hank married himself! You guys are effing adorable. We love you The Katherine! :3

    -J

  • Those wizards aren't very good at hiding themselves to the muggles.

  • Oh my god! Katherine sounds just like Hank! That's fantastic :)

  • This reminds me of the bar here in Chicago that has a triforce as their symbol. You walk in to triforces everywhere!

  • @serenamina *plays Zelda song in his head*

  • @littleliz16 hahaha! Yes!!!

  • I just emailed them too! @Pandemonium0fParrots

  • Is it just me, or are Katherine and Hank basically the same person but with different genders?

  • @greenspot13 They are becoming the couple who look like each other. (and sound like each other.)

  • @greenspot13 RULE 63!

  • I emailed them about it. Let's see if we get a reply. *sits and waits by virtual mailbox but hopes an owl will come instead*

  • Jasper Smith Olsen PC: "Excellence is the result of Caring more than others think is Wise, Risking more than others think is Safe, Dreaming more than others think is Practical, and Expecting more than others think is Possible."

Their website even sound like something Dumbledore would say.

  • well, if i ever own a railing I know how I'm decorating it

  • Jasper practices law for power.

    Smith practices law for love.

Olsen practices law like an old friend.

  • I remember before book 7 came out and people were theorizing about that symbol that someone pointed out during a MuggleCast that it could be Greek letters. Delta is the triangle ad Phi is the circle with the line through it. (Incidentally, Delta and Phi are the initials for the Greek translation of phrase (Order of the Phoenix.")

  • Please go in and ask them!!!!

  • How did I NOT know the Katherine had a youtube channel =O

    *shame on me*

  • @Twefrence I was thinking exactly the same!

  • And there are three of them? This can't be a coincidence.

  • KATHERINE! YOU USED A TOBOSCUS REFERENCE!!

  • Mr. Lovegood? Is that you?

  • You two are awesomely adorable. Also, you should go inside and ask the owners what that symbol means to them...

  • TheKatherine is aDORable ^^

  • Food for thought: It isn't uncommon for law offices to utilize Greek letters. This could be a combination of Delta (triangle), Iota (line) and Omicron (circle. Alternatively, it could be Delta and Phi (circle/line) combined. It could even be Delta combined with a sideways Theta.

  • (Though I doubt it would be that last one. Unless their designer was drunk.)

  • Craziness. I don't know what to think. On the one hand, as has been pointed out, it could be pure coincidence. Triangle/circle combo symbols are VERY common, historically, as are triangle/line and circle/line...so this configuration has probably cropped up numerous times. But, then again, given how relatively young the lawyers all are, from checking their website, anything's possible...

  • It's all over their website, too! This is weird. It can't be a symbol of their initials or anything like that... How has no one noticed this before? It's been out in the open and all over their website and no one has told them? Creepy or awkward, I can't tell.

  • Have you asked them yet? YOU MUST ASK THEM. Then ask if you can have their fence.

  • Okay, I have to share this on every social network thingy!

  • Please tell me you went and knocked on the door and asked someone? We need answers!

  • @pipsipirate it was sunday... offices not open on sunday.

  • @elfkwest No post on Sundays!

  • @Morphesque Awww, I was just going to say that :(

  • @elfkwest Heh! No posts on Sundays either!

  • Have you checked your phonebook for Xenophilius Lovegood?

  • WTF???

  • Oh my gosh. i really would love to know how that happened... and if it was just some random coincidence, I would really love to know if anyone has clued in the lawyers. Surely they have relatives or clients who have read HP7.

  • omg if they had that before deathly hollows came out they could sue JK for soooooo much

  • om, OMG!!!!!!!!!!

ok, not the most eloquent or endearing post ever, but yeah, really gets the emotion.

  • Three names... three deathly hallows.... Maybe Harry, Ron, and Hermione went into business in the muggle world under false names and chose that symbol. Or it could be a secret wizard meeting place and for all we know K.K. Rowling chronicled real events forgotten to muggles and disguised it as fiction XD

  • @CountryGirlColby J. K. Rowling XD Keyboard fail!

  • It anagrams to Master Helps Joins. Any chance they specialize in marriage law?

  • Maybe I'm reading too much into their website, but it says that Smith focuses on elder law (ELDER WAND?), Jasper focuses on homicide (RESURRECTION STONE?), and Olson focuses on criminal defense (INVISIBILITY CLOAK?--OK that one might be a stretch). They have got to be Potter fans, right?

  • @bookworm3583 I had to check the website myself to make sure you weren't making that up. I totally buy it.

  • That's amusing and all, but surely *someone* in the history of all time has thought to put a line dividing a triangle and then a circle in it before Deathly Hallows did.

(Yes, yes, I know, ruining all the fun but, y'know, someone had to say it. ;) Then again, maybe it is some awesome Potter-related conspiracy. Stranger things have happened.)

  • What the WHAT?! I need an interrobang!

We'll get to the bottom of this.

  • In 3 years when I graduate from law school, that is where I want to work!

  • Seamless John Trip... Pleases Johns Trim... Rename Josh Splits... Harmless Penis Jot (not kidding)... Menorah Jest Slips... Sharpen Elm Joints... Impale Stress John... THERE IS NOTHING!

  • Their motto intrigues me:

"Excellence is the result of Caring more than others think is Wise,

Risking more than others think is Safe,

Dreaming more than others think is Practical,

and Expecting more than others think is Possible."

Maybe they were seeking to be the Masters of Death so the can continue to strive towards Excellence???

Either way, updates are a must!!!

  • WOW, just WOW!!!

  • please update us when you find out! xD

  • That's very suspicious. We have a dentist in town that has a Deathly Hallow-esque symbol, but this means something!

  • I read on their website that they have been doing law for about thirty years now. But, they could've easily gotten a new company logo between then and now. Hmmm, curious. Very curious.

  • Oh my. That's a problem. The wizards aren't doing a very good job of hiding things these days. I'll contact the Ministry.

  • Don't be wusses, just ask them (I would).

  • There is a horcrux hidden there.

  • I...er...um.

    Er.

    I can't. I don't? Um.

No words. There aren't words for this!

  • I... don't....

    what?!

something incredibly strange/amazing must be going on in missoula. anyone else find the name Jasper Smith Olsen oddly suspicious? Like it could be rearranged into a secret message? Hurry John! anagram it! anagram it like crazy!

All I know is that the nerdfighters must get to the bottom of this.

  • @HawlyAly Should be fairly easy to figure out the mystery...

    QUICK SOMEONE CALL THEM!

    not it! *wimps out*

  • @HawlyAly anagram. Hi James lets pop corn

  • This is so interesting! Please ask around, and keep us updated. Meanwhile I'll continue to be flabberghastamazed.

  • you guys are so awesome.

  • RUN. AWAY.

  • OH.MY.GOD.

  • JK Rowling stole from some lawyers?

NOT A FAN ANYMORE. ALL OF IT IS FAKE NOW.

  • and wizards of waverly place said that there's nothing magical in missoula, mt. i beg to differ lol

  • Please keep us updated!

  • I wholeheartedly enjoyed this.

  • Toby Turner intro stolen + double rainbow guy "what does it mean" stolen = FTW!!!

BTW! You guys should plank on that! that's amazing!!!!!!

  • It's Missoula. Chances are, someone there knows.

  • Flabberaghastamazed. Yes.

  • Hopefully your wands were at the ready!

  • It's because the Deathly Hallows are real and they believe!

  • Their website wasn't much help in figuring out when they opened, there is a very slight difference in that the hallows symbol the O is smaller

  • Descendants of the Peverells? Somehow? Lawyers ONLY for Harry Potter fans?

  • I wasn't terribly impressed until you pointed out the ones worked into the gate! I want that at my house. They must be huge Potter fans. I refuse to believe otherwise. Unless they are DESCENDANTS OF THE PEVERELLS. I just want Harry Potter to be real.

  • @ISnoggedHarry Yay! That's two for "Descendants of the Peverells." ^_^

  • Perhaps J.K. Rowling sought legal advice from that law firm in the past, saw the symbol, and was super inspired! .... or something...

  • Katherine that's amazing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Jasper Smith Olsen eh? I was thinking that perhaps they made the symbol out of the name (in the same way Tolkien has his name-symbol on the sides of his books...) not knowing the Harry Potter connection.... BUT THAT IS NOT EVEN POSSIBLE WITH LETTERS J.S.O. the 'O' would be obvious, but the 'J' and 'S' not possible!

  • THIS IS SO WEIRD. WHAT DOES IT MEEEEAN???

  • Google tells me that there is a lawyer in Texas named Harry Potter. I think I'd freak out if I met anyone with that name. Even though it's common it never really occurred to me that anyone could be Harry Potter other than, you know, Harry Potter.

  • What? Who?

    Missoula grows even more awesome!

  • HMMMM

  • ohsweetbabyjesusinaleotard.

  • Ohmygosh

  • 3rd!

  • I think you did a good thing letting the internet know about this.

  • This is amazing. Obviously the wizarding world is showing itself, or these lawyers are wizards. LOL!
