Wrong, you misunderstand what they mean.

There are a bunch of proficiencies you can unlock for your guns in the order you want to unlock them, and may only use one of them on a gun at a time.

Heathbead sensor IS in the game but they reduced the range of it so you can be sitting in a corner looking at your sensor but a player can just run around the corner and kill you before you even can see it on your radar.

Uber excited that IW is making this game balanced and from what I've seen Bob put up a throwback to COD4. Wasn't a fan of MW2 honestly....with all the noobing,easy deaths, air support raping, and the Commando perk Ugh :/........This one looks like it can make a new standard on shooters though with the millions of ways a player can customize his/her play style.
