Here's a hint for people who had trouble defeating Mrs. Thwomp. When she splits into 4, attack the one who has the same features as her. That's the real one. Look at each of the mini Mrs thwomps carefully and attack the one who is the same as the mrs thwomp..

@barry25364 Yeah,I can distinguish them.But my problem is,once I got to her,I RAN OUT OF FUCKING GREEN SHELLS!All I had where Fire Flowers,Ice Flowers,and Cannonballers.Cannonballers only do about 9 damage since my POW is pretty low,and Fire/Ice Flowers attack ALL of the Mrs. Thwomps.Such a pain in the ASS.
