actuallyy, i dont mean to criticize you, the dark knight was completly finished in november of 2007. heath died on january 22 2008. so the post production was done before he passed. it took until july to come out because they had to edit the imax version and credits. rest in peace heath
and as for the movie terminator salvation it was alright, but deffinetly was not the best of the series

McG is the director, it may have been post production, but he does not belong in the shot, he is suppose to be busy directing.

How can I enjoy a movie knowing people were fired and possibly killed in the production of it? You nailed all the reasons why I just don't excuse Bale's rant as just one losing one's temper. I may drop F-bombs and rant, but it's the things that Batman says like not knowing how to work with actors. The guy wore a costume and growled his lines behind a mask for 90 minutes. An actor? Is Bale in charge of hiring and firing too? Yeah, the McG name is hilarious. He thinks he's a DJ. :)

McG directed the show Millenium, which was made by Chris Carter (Same guy who made X Files). So the answer to your question, which you didn't really ask but is "What kind of credentials does this guy have that make him worthy to direct a blockbuster film?" is that he has been part of a top notch show, dealing also with science fiction, with a producer that basically shits gold. If you ever watched Millenium you'd know he's more than qualified. But no, you're an ignorant ass.

about the post production argument...the fact took place in august, so , I don't know this for sure to be honest, but I'm guessing back in august they were still shooting the actual film. once said that, sorry but a dp passing in front of the camera TWICE, with all the preparation taking place to shoot a scene, especially from the actors, IS being amateur. then you can argue Bale overreacted all you want, but fundamentally, he had a point.

Well, i don't think its drugs. But there is alot of stress. I'm an ispiring film maker. I follow the whole hollywood process. I knew that this terminator movie was going to be shit. Imagine working 2 months in, 12 hour work days. One day free? Between the lack of sleep, filming an action movie, i would imagine someone stressing. I've seen people blow up like this. I never think more of it. But because he's an actor, we hold him to a higher standard, Which is not fair. No matter what excuse.

When I first read on the IMDB that McG was going to make the fourth Terminator film, I thought the movie would bomb cause he did the Charlie's Angels movies. The first one was okay, but the second one wasn't all that great. As for We are Marshalls, I heard the movie was pretty good. Anyway, I do think Christian Bale was under a lot of stress that day and just went off. It was a bit immature though and he should of just walked away and took a breather.
