dont go near the adverts CLAIMING they can help get your any claims to do with ppi, if you win they will charge you money that is rightly yours, go straight to the bank, building society etc who you had the ppi agreement with. all it takes is a couple of mins to look at your acount and you will get told straight away if you have a claim.
but how can i prove that i didn't know woudln't they just say you had the document why didn't you read or am i trying to prove that i didn;t know exactly how much i was paying out for PPI over the years?
my advice .when you win claim your charged 25% +vat ,then you have to pay tax to hm revenue ,i did claim 25 k but will be lucky to see 17 time im taxed :( but on up side its money i never had yesterday ..so shop around ,someone told me cab do a form free of charge
