My son offense dates of 4/28/1996 for vehicle inspection & vehicle liability insurance. He did not appear. On 6/5/1996 violate promise to appear was issued. My son was arrested and has been in prison since Dec 1996 and is still in prison. He told me that he remebered having some tickets but did not remember where. I found them and called the court and now they are over 900.00 since they have been there so long and him being in prison for 15 years does not lower all the fees. What can I do?

There is something wrong with this video. It stops and freezes at 4:54 and wont go any further. Please re upload the video to fix the problem.
