  • The Doors were the best rock band ever. Jim Morrison had an incredible voice and he was a poetic genius, and The Doors had a unique and timeless sound.

  • I just realized this was like a cover of jimi's "red house"....fucking awesome

  • @low72 Little Red Rooster is a cover of the song Little Red Rooster by Howlin Wolf rocorded in 1961 and written by Willie Dixon. It was done by the Stones and Sam Cooke before the Doors and later by several other bands including Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers. Red House wasn't recorded til '66 and was only covered by maybe 10 different artists much later...

  • This is such a good song, he can sing anything and I'd like it. Too bad he isn't here anymore. Even if he didn't die, he isn't here. He stopped performing for whatever reason and thats it. All we have are those old Doors recordings, I just love their music <3 What a gift Jim Morrison was to Poetry and Music. Books and Songs <3

  • @Klimperklingel2210 Excuse me ma'am, but I personally liked it more in the later years like on L.A. Woman, more rich and baritone, but could still unleash that raw animals when he wanted to.
