  • I can make a virgin pregnant too, and I'm quite willing to prove it if you can deal with all the logistical details.

  • Moronic.

  • "Well yeah.. women aren't very good at making things.."

    Ahahahahahahaha

  • Awesome!

And yes, theists probably do not understand this.

  • It's interesting to see William Lane Craig in his younger years.

  • I would use this video whenever someone implies that "GodDidIt" wins under Occam's Razor.

  • OMGosh this must be true you guys.... ;)

  • @tabletop581

    Logically arrive at god, eh?

Careful where you say that, dude, the Internet will tear you apart...

  • And thus, religions are born ;)

  • Hi, when you label the maker "thing" you seek to put the maker into abstract . But, in referring to a maker you suggest that there is a designer. If there is a designer, then that infers intelligence; a personal intelligence. That's how we logically arrive at God.

  • @tabletop581 The watchmaker argument...Really? In this day and age? Look up any of the responces on youtube.

  • @itchygonads Hi, the fine tuning argument (design of circumstances) is one of the strongest arguments that even Hitchens privately says he has trouble with. Search for the youtube video "Hitchens confession", the 1:58m video first in the list. - Peace.

  • @tabletop581 It is not, it is a terrible argument (as are all the other theist arguments). Hence why the fall flat on their face's in debates. Logical fallacy-appeal to authority. Means nothing. Also what annoys me is how the brainwashed sheep will ignore every valid point this video has, only to write some nonsensical answer. Who made god then? And even if it did allow us to logically arrive at god (which of course it doesnt) there is NO logical follow on to any of the known religions.

  • @itchygonads - you said, "in this day and age", I would say "especially in this day and age" as we discover more and more about the design of the human body. Dharmendra Modha, director of cognitive computing at the IBM Almaden Research Center, said, A computer comparable to the human brain, he added, would need to be able to perform more than 38 thousand trillion operations per second and hold about 3,584 terabytes of memory. Not to mention "intuition"&self repairing properties.

  • Religion: where logic goes to die.

  • We make things in the realm of reality in which nature is applied. There is no reflection between us and God.

  • I just like the giuy who was boiling the goat in its mother's milk, just chilin' with a giant cauldron in the middle of teh crowd;

    "OH, WHAT!?"

Maybhe that's why it was so oddly specific in teh bible; maybe it stinks when you do that and it pissed off whoeevr was scriboing the holy text at the time and so after he asked the guy to stop it a few times, he finally snapped and declared 'YOU KNOW WHTA MOTHERFUCKER, that shit's sinful now!"

  • @TheMinxTail - Hi, nothing to do with taste, smell or health, but boiling a goat in it's mothers milk was an occultic ritual.

  • It's like a new tongue twister... Say it 5 times fast. lol

  • ....Except for babies.

  • i can make i virgin pregnant too, if i wanted.

    -not

  • I'm glad we have a short word to refer to that being: God.

  • I think this is about god.

  • @fickedy

    You don't say

  • What if it wasn't TTTMTTFWTINKM that made the moon... but another TTMTTFWTINKM? What if another TTMTTFWTINKM made the river? And another made the rain? YAY POLYTHEISM!!!!

  • The proof that religion is based on ignorance! ;-)

  • 7:30 omg lol

  • This should have a MILLION views!

  • great work.

    love your sense of humor.

  • dont listen to sheitan

  • I've watched so many of your videos. And I always laugh so hard! Thank you so much for this! You are doing an amazing job!

  • They believe in He that hath no known name....THAT'S why they don't like Harry Potter. They tole their schtick.... :)

  • i don't understand how worshiping the creation instead of the creator is a good thing.....remember christians.."thou shalt not have any other gods before me" the first commandment and wow thats been lost....punishment for breaking a single commandment DEATH....(T-T)

  • Deut. 13 6-16 Just something I thought I should clarify:

Killing people for worshiping other gods was only a law for the judaic people and therefor wasn't effective for other tribes.

Personally, I don't think that makes it excusable but nevertheless apologists can excuse this by pointing out that breaking said law would amount to treason in a theocratic society

  • Every time he started saying it I wanted to shout out 'OH GOD!!!!' lol

  • stop boiling baby goats in their mothers milk!

    OH WHAT?

  • @SingJew it's one of the ten commandments (there were 2 sets, moses broke the first tablets)

  • @jjcrazi i was quoting the video, cause it was so funny.

  • @SingJew opp sorry :)

  • Now your beginning to think like a christian! GOD created all things.

the air that I breath, the earth beneath my feet, every heart beat.

God always was & always is & always will be! Glory to GOD PRAISE JESUS!!!!!!!

Yes He is our answer to everything without Him we are nothing.

  • @lewiss1100 but

    who created God?

  • @lewiss1100 you are being sarcastic right?

  • The name God or Allah or whatever is not important.

Anytime we describe * we fail since by describing * we make it finite, but * is infinite.

This is why Christmas is such a big deal.

    * which is infinite became a finite, limited, weak human.

How humiliating that must be for *.

  • I find this amusing but I would like to point out a mistake I think a lot of people get confused by.

The THING which made the things for which there is no known maker.

If it is a THING then it needs a maker.

    God is not a THING.

A thing exists but God is existence itself.

Burning bush (voice of god) to Moses "I am who I am".

"I am" as in "I am not a dog, a cat, a mountain, an old man with a beard, a super human. I just am"

  • @nzjoel1234 like Batman! Maybe the 'Ttmttfwtinkm aTcadtewcoe aTdnthbm atiotfwycattnhcg awHwcbfh aiubatlop anb awnf aiibaeao aWispteiHkmopibHwsbp awispamHcemavpiHwt' should apply for a league of Justice or another...?

  • @nzjoel1234

You're right: god is not a thing. It is a fiction.

Only the gullible get fooled by some self-important, intellectually pretentious and intellectually empty statement such as, I am who I am.

If I were to start a religion, my title would be "I am he who is essence of essence; the essence that is known to all yet seen by none; I am he."

I bet I'd get all kinds of nuts marveling at me, he who is he--the essence.

  • @nzjoel1234 That is bunch of intellectually dishonest horse shit and any reasonable person knows it. Where is your proof of this? You can just make up anything and make it fit if you play your word games right. Total BS.

  • @j919or The evangelical atheist says arguing with a theist is like wrestling a pig. In the end, you're covered in filth and shit and the pig is having fun ( and still a pig covered in filth).

  • @paramattic70

well, except, by definition, an atheist is not an evangelical.

  • One syllable, just a few letters...

    How about ... Bob?

  • God, the thing which explains everything whilst actually explaining nothing - you won't ever have to say "I don't know ever again"! Hooray!!!

  • Oh it all makes sence now, Our "thing that made the things for which there is no known maker and that causes and directs the events we can't otherwise explain which doesn't need to have been made" is an awesome "thing that made the things for which there is no known maker and that causes and directs the events we can't otherwise explain which doesn't need to have been made"

  • LOL 4:25 great reference to "our god is an awesome god"

  • Nice video!!

  • this is exactly how did it happen lolo

  • The funny thing is these guys are starting to sound like quantum physicists and cosmologists of today.

  • @doltBmB

    or your a nob.

  • Laughing so hard right now. Thank you.

  • The guy in the brown sounds a lot like Ray Comfort

  • Brilliant.

  • 'he could even make a virgin pregnant'

but where's the fun in that?

  • @CyborgAtheist God's idea of fun is different from ours.

  • Yeah, and His name is JEHOVAH ELYON, The Most High GOD and His Son's name is YAHSHUA MESSIAH or JESUS CHRIST or the ANOINTED ONE--CHRIST JESUS. And HIS SON JESUS CHRIST came to redeem man from sin that separates him from the Father -- JEHOVAH ABBA our FATHER.

And, to know HIM is to Love Him.

  • @1LonePuma Amen, beloved sister. It will be a joy to share eternity with u

  • dude now my life is complete ...

    jk

  • It sounds like the title of a rap song

  • "Women aren't good at making anything...except babies..." :D

  • @allidock11 """Women aren't good at making anything...except babies""

Women dont make babies, God does. Women are just the housing. Do you really think that women can form a brain and a heart and eye and nevrous system?

  • @j919or LMAO! You've got to be trolling.

  • @j919or yes, you idiot lol thats a huge load of crap. made my day tho lol

  • @j919or Yes, yes they can, although not consciously. But every unconscious biological process isn't automatically being executed by a single magic man who made everything. There are individual processes at work.

  • @Ledwix No No No they cant!

  • @j919or Babies are formed through natural processes in the womb. They are guided broadly by the laws of physics, but there is no overall plan in order. Everything at the cellular level is a bunch of independent, localized actions. That is why sometimes there are miscarriages and botched pregnancies. What is your explanation for miscarriages and defects etc? It would make God seem like the greatest abortionist of all time.

  • @Ledwix Who created those processes and laws? Order cannot come out of disorder, as per the 2nd law.

The information within the cell is not sufficent nor ever could be to form complex structures like the mind heart and neverous system. There has never been a case where the parts of anything formed such complex structures without a former/build that was objective and that guided the process.

But the point that the mother forms the baby is completely ludacrous.

  • @j919or What do you mean who created? You mean what created? By saying "who" you close your mind to a whole bunch of possible answers, a mistake. Perceived order can come out of disorder. 2nd law of thermo says nothing of the sort you speak of. Do you think everything in the universe is made of pure soul and intention? And baby forming is just a case. I dare you to point to where exactly God is in a mother's womb, and was God in the vagina/penis too when they mated?

  • @Ledwix By your account, it is impossible to distinguish between natural processes happening and a god doing organizing work on a system. How do you tell the difference? And can you explain mutations and miscarriages and defects if an objective all-powerful being is the one attempting, and often failing, to put together a working human being?

  • @j919or "Order cannot come out of disorder, as per the 2nd law"

Well, there are also phenomena such as self-organizing systems and emergent complexity in physics, chemistry and biology, that are relatively new fields of study. How the second law of thermodynamics works and how the opposing phenomena work, is an interesting area of research. The "answer" will most likely not be given neither in Youtube comments, nor by religious people. More likely by scientists who are into these fields.

  • @0debug What reversed entropy in the beginning? All things move towards equilibrium and all we find is intense complexity and a universe that is accelerating in expansion.

  • @j919or "The information within the cell is not sufficent nor ever could be to form complex structures like the mind heart and neverous system."

I suggest that you either a) should go and study biology, b) talk to biologists (e.g. geneticists), or c) at least stay out of commenting on youtube in order to not make a fool of yourself.

  • @0debug Nah u miss the point dumbo. The information is there but the mechanism to mold and shape the cells into complex structures is not. Info + machine = product.

  • @j919or Their genes can, yes, this is basic biology. Learn it. Did you not learn where babies came from?

  • @thismortalsoul Yeah. God created the tools(DNA/genes) and guides and forms the process of growth and holds all things together with the might of His power. This is the ONLY way that things could exist grow and maintain their shapes and functions.

  • probably the best clip i have ever seen anywhere on anything love it.

  • Badly drawn, but makes the point :)

  • wow...that's it....the it is it....what is it is it what is it....yeah..makes so much sense. it is it..wow

  • @bigggyd Could you give some examples as to how the Biblical/Christian references were right?

  • Its just another way of saying "I don't know" jeez..

  • WHAT DID THEY CALL THE THING THAT MADE THE THINGS FOR WHICH THERE IS NO KNOWN MAKER AND THAT CAUSES AND DIRECTS THE THINGS WE CAN'T OTHERWISE EXPLAIN AND THAT DOESN'T NEED TO BE MADE AND IS THE ONE THING FOR WHICH YOU CAN ASK THINGS THAT NO HUMAN CAN GIVE AND WITHOUT WHOM WE CANNOT BE TRULY HAPPY AND IS UNLIMITED BY ALL THE LAWS OF PHYSICS AND NEVER BEGAN AND NEVER FINISH AND IS INVISIBLE BUT ACTUALLY EVERYWHERE AT ONCE AND WHO IS SO PERFECT THAT EVEN IF HE KILLED MILLIONS OF PEOPLE...???

  • @someonetoogoodforyou

They couldn't make up their mind but they got it down to

    Greg

    Or

    Dave

but never did settle on one, so they just abbreviated it.

  • Awww @8:00 the leper's hand falls off :( Nice touch but it still makes me sad.

  • @GoddessAntares Well, just be glad that after TTTMTTFWTINKM...(etc) gave them the cure for leprosy, ie, two birds, one lamb, collect the blood and splash it onto the door posts etc, that leprosy was cured forever. Those lucky lepers.

  • I just typed the thing in the search bar and youtube suggested me this.

  • what a tongue twister...

  • When conversations like this happen someone needs a smack upside the head

  • he thinks he is a genuis,,,

  • this is great. I used to ask my parents (staunch christians) all the same questions fromthe time I was about 6 years old. They could never answer, and by the time I was 10, I was an atheist. Don't get me wrong, I respect the right of every person to have their own beliefs, but I don't want it pushed it onto me. A lot of my family still believes that creationist bullshit. Live and let live. I only argue if a creationist starts trying to "prove" that the "bible"is the ultimate truth.

  • @nancy6ify Pretty much the same story here. It's nice that this generation can access intelligent thought so easily, rather than rely solely on ignorant parents duped into christianity.

  • are you tim minchin?

  • God is the "thing" that made "things"

  • @SummerSunshine1988 Gratz you're retarded.

  • @SummerSunshine1988 and who made that "thing"?

  • @doyoublush : God is eternal. He has no beginning and no end.

  • @SummerSunshine1988 there is about zero evidence for that. troll.

  • @doyoublush all I have to say to you is, Satanists would strongly disagree with you on there being no God, Get involved in the occult, dark magic and you will see there is supernatural evil. most people never think about that side they just try to disprove the christian God, but many satanists who pretend to be atheists consider God not to be the Jesus fellow, but Lucifer. To them Lucifer is God. If you can disprove Satan, you have also disproved the christian God.

  • @jonwalliser what a nonsense. I am an atheist concerning every theistic god. I am an atheist, but I am not a Satanist. only Christians and maybe Jews believe in God, and thus Satan and/ or Lucifer, which is a Biblical figure too. I don't believe in angels, let alone a fallen one.

and if God is stronger than Satan/ Lucifer, why doesn't He get rid of them?

  • @doyoublush the bible only mentions satan and demons, and a few books that should have been included in the bible were left out because they dont line up with what the religious leaders of the church like. you should read the book of Enoch, its quite interesting and paints a different picture then you would get from most any other book of the bible. you choose to not believe in the supernatural, that is the easy way out. they exist man, thats not open to debate

  • @jonwalliser for me it is not open to debate that they do exist. period. we are mammals, primates to be more specific and superstitious ones; that is the reason why there are so many religions on the world.

the book of Enoch could be interesting for me, but only for historical reasons...

  • @doyoublush superstition.....so you can explain to me what is perfectly normal about how the big bang started, what caused it and why did it start? why did it form into the planet as we now know it instead of just exploding and dying? how is that story more logical then a divine creator making everything from scratch? both stories defy logic and reason and no textbook can explain either story

  • @jonwalliser you are using the God of the Gaps-argument. the fact that science has not yet have all the answers, does not mean we can just fantasize around.

  • @doyoublush so you expect me to believe in something that can not be proven right? neither religion or non religion can prove themselves right. help me out here man

  • @jonwalliser I think religion dates from our human childhood in our attempt to answer question about nature, the cosmos, morality etc. I think also, that science has taken over. Scientist will, however, readily admit they don't have all the answers. A lot still has to be discoverd. While some religious will claim they already have all the answers, because their religious books say so.

Check some YouTube movies of Neil deGrasse Tyson. I think you might like them... or not?

  • @doyoublush dude you are thinking about philosophy. that is the field that tries to answer a lot of the deep questions of humankind, religion doesnt attempt to ask or answer anything like that it just says to worship said deity (buddam allah, jesus, etc) you poke fun at religion for saying they have all the answers but you also pretend to have it all together also, but yet you admit to not having it all right lol. im confused bro

  • @jonwalliser I'm not necessarily talking about philosophy, but also about the origin of the cosmos, nature (creation or abiogenesis/evolution).

Religion does attempt to answer deep questions, like the problem of suffering. I agree on you about the worshipping part.

No, I don't have all the answers and I don't want to pretend I have. I just think religion is bogus and I trust on science, because there is evidence for it.

  • @doyoublush religion does attempt to answer those questions, but it doesnt always do a good job. for that matter no one can really answer those questions to the degree we want. well there we have it, you dont like religion and you like science more, but by that very statement you put them on opposing fields which to me is very amusing. you also just paint religion like it all is about the bible, but many who are religious never pick up a bible or go with the creation story

  • @jonwalliser I agree with you on what you just wrote ;-)

  • @doyoublush you may guess that i dont fit in well with either christians for atheists lol

  • @jonwalliser well, I am an atheist considering religion, but I would refer to myself as an agnostic humanist, agnostic about something deistic. but that would be as far as I would go.

  • @doyoublush well i have no use for religion, some parts are cool but to me its all about my personal faith. other men and their religious rituals are a joke. its my personal journey that matters

  • @jonwalliser well I respect you critical approach; the idea that you don't take everything for granted etc. ;-)

  • @doyoublush thanks, it was a good discussion and I hope your journey leads you to more answers to life's cruel questions

  • pretty sure this video is going to go over the heads of anybody that actually needs to watch it.

  • @saphinik Where does it say that?

  • Tttmttfwtinkm

  • 5;49, Had God wanted to kill us he would not have come down to lay down his life for us in a form not showing his glory. Had God be like you say, God would have shown up shining brighter than any star or super nova vaporizing body, and soul on the spot, and say that does it I don't have to deal with those sinners that die anymore, But God did not do that. Stop giving accusing words to the one who gives life, and only life. Have the one in you who gives death, Satan the accuser, and get death.

  • Comment removed

  • The physical man still thinks in a physical way, and not in a spiritual way. The one who made all the things you cannot explain is made of light, and because we die is by his choice not shining that light because if he does it will not be good for humans that are living. He has perfect timing waiting for his precious sons to be drawn to him. When as many as can to be saved God will shine his light. No one made Gods creative light. That light is in all things covered in death that men chose.

  • God is bad, mmmkay.

  • The guy who came up with the idea sounds like Ray Comfort and it's really scary

  • I suggest Satan. Sounds like a pretty good name IMO. Let's just hope Satan's nemesis, God, doesn't trick the world into believing that God went and did it all and that Satan is actually the bad guy in everything. That'd just be uncool.

  • Really funny. Love the accents ;)

Shame the Biblical/Christian references were wrong, but then I don't expect you to get it right if you don't study it enough :) like dear old Dawkins, who doesn't have a clue what he's on about!

  • @abicarey Could you give some examples as to how the Biblical/Christian references were wrong?

  • @bigggyd that's probably a "no."

  • @bigggyd A lot of the OT laws for the Jews were to protect them. If you were wandering around a desert, miles from the sea, and found a shellfish, would it be sensible to eat it? There are others like that too. Deut was written to the Israelites/Jews, not to Christians. In fact, the entire whole OT was. These were the laws given to them by God to show them that they couldn't keep them and couldn't earn their way into heaven. He was showing them they needed a Saviour.

  • @abicarey So what happened to the Jews that "couldn't earn their way into heaven". (I know this is a separate question but upon reading your last message, I felt I should ask)

  • @bigggyd Well... they couldn't earn their way into Heaven...?! The ones who followed God e.g. Moses, Noah, Abraham and believed His promises even though on a human level, it was impossible - building a boat not near the coast, having a baby at nearing 100 etc. Well it says that their faith was credited to them as righteousness. These days, it's easier, thanks to God's wonderful grace. We gain our righteousness through Jesus. But they gained it through their faith in God's promises to them.

  • @abicarey that Jesus who said we should take no thought for the morrow, leave our family behind, don't invest, don't educate yourself, don't take care of your children and give everything away, because only that would make you a true Christian? and why? because the earth was about to end. well, it is 2011 now and nothing happened. isn't it about time to conclude Jesus was a nutter, just like those people using a Maya-calender claiming the earth will cease to exist in 2012.

  • @abicarey "Deut was written to the Israelites/Jews, not to Christians. In fact, the entire whole OT was." So by that logic, Christians don't have to follow anything in the Old Testament, including the ten commandments.

  • @bigggyd Read iloveatheists (website) and other Christian resources, then come back to me because I'll know you've done your research :) just as I have read some of Dawkins' material, atheist websites, books about evolution and Darwin's original theories, debated with atheist friends etc etc. I am not a sheep following the crowd. I have researched it and come to the conclusion that following Jesus has the strongest evidence.

  • @abicarey atheists dont let the facts get in the way of their belief system. their entire model is based on ignoring the evidence all around them and maybe then they can feel like they have something to work with. they are not worth arguing with either, always using the same arguments. its like two christians going at with and waving bibles at eachother, its pointless

  • @jonwalliser I don't have enough time to reply to them, true. They probably won't change by a discussion on a YouTube vid, so I'm not going to bother :)

  • @jonwalliser atheism is not a belief system, it is a lack of belief. "all the evidence around us", yeah. that's the reason why less than 10% of the top scientists in America are still religious. every reasonable person who followed some basic courses on biology knows that we aren't created, but we evolved. we are only half a chromosome away from chimpansees. no, it are the religious who don't let the facts get in the way of their belief system, not the other way around.

  • @doyoublush you have a good point about 90% of the top scientists are not religious, but that same % once thought the earth was flat, and man has a very long history of getting shit dead wrong, just ask Bill Maher, he will tell you. I will be the first to agree that man has gotten religion dead wrong, but i dont pretend to defend religion, i hate it myself. as far as your point of using a basic biology class to come to the conclusion that we "evolved", that is just a theory

  • @jonwalliser the idea that the earth is flat comes from the Bible, it is in Jesaja I think. in the KJV it is called a circle (2 dimensional shape, definitely not a bowl) and in my Dutch Bible it is translated as a "disc". of course scientists can be wrong, the problem is that religion allways has been wrong and allways will be. there is absolutely no evidence for it. check the Dover case about people that want ID to be taught in Highschool they lost their court case without a chance.

  • @doyoublush the main problem with your theory is it takes millions of years and can not be observed. i was under the insane impression that science was something you observe and can test. no monkeys will ever "evolve" into humans or vice versa. and if you really believe that we all were created by random chance and there was no design to it, why do you care if someone believes differently? does random chance really give a fuck? no one cares! lol

  • @jonwalliser but evolution can be investigated by means of fossil remains and DNA, for example. and it allways works. Darwin might not have been right about everything, but the main theory stands. firmly.

why I care? because I care about the truth.

  • @doyoublush by means of fossil remains and DNA, but only using the theory that the earth has evolved at the same speed. your facts only work with your theories. and no the main theory doesnt stand firmly, its simply the religion of atheists. its not real science

  • @jonwalliser no, the facts Darwin got from his research led him to the theory of evolution, not the other way around buddy. he started as a Christian and lost faith as a result of his investigations. the facts produce the theory, not vice versa.

scientists are eager to disprove evolution. why? because that person would immediately win the Nobel prize. how come that doesn't happen and how come creationists have been so utterly discredited for their false claims? you don't understand science!

  • @doyoublush wow your so right! silly me for thinking i was designed! was a crazy idea! so glad you told me how it really is now i can finally get some sleep without being tormented by the question of how it all began! jeepers thanks a million!

  • @jonwalliser I am not sure how I should comment now. on what side are you, what do you believe?

  • @doyoublush look up a documentary called "The soul travelers" it may clear up some confusion a lot of so called atheists seem to have on their views of God and Satan. if nothing else its entertaining

  • @jonwalliser "Richard Dawkins on Evolution [FULL]" watch this at YouTube, you will learn a lot ;-)

  • @abicarey Here proof of evolution, italian wall lizard.

  • @abicarey Dawkins has more intelligence in his fingernail than you do in your entire family tree. You people need to come up with something better than "The biblical references are wrong", and then run away without explaining how they are wrong. Coward.

  • @rnalithe00 Sorry, been away on holiday and a bit too busy for a detailed answer at the moment. It's on my to do list though. Have you even read Dawkins' work? His biology is excellent. His theology and philosophy is recycled theories from the early 1900s, long fallen out of favour with atheists and religious people alike. No academic philosopher takes Dawkins seriously as an opponent to thinking Christianity. Most of the decent atheists philosophers have disowned him as embarrassing, too.

  • @rnalithe00 Google "Cranmer: Richard Dawkins refuses to debate the existence of God" and read the article. YouTube won't let me post the link. I love that you used the same insult: "more intelligence in his [insert small body part here] than you do in your [large group of something]" that is talked about in this article!

  • i wish he had made pronouns. lol

  • People created God, then God created The Devil.

If we get rid of one of them then the other must follow.

  • Comment removed

  • "Women are much good at making things... except babies." LOL

  • @Plagueis1017 ...are not**

  • So that's how it all started

  • This would be a great children's book, I'll send you a copy if you let me make one for my future kids...pls?
