I am currently doing the daniel fast. I'm also off facebook, and other websites that I would normally be on, and it is really amazing. I don't feel as stressed or emotional. Physically I feel healthier, and mentally I am very calm. This fast is 21 days and I am on day 3. So if i'm already feeling this way, there is no telling how I will feel later on. I will admit it is very difficult, but my walk with God is strengthening. I highly recommend a fast for any christian.

"Fasting Makes me hungry" thats to funny,,,,,Funny how when you start a fast and then here comes the cheapest person at your work who never comes out of pocket for anything,,all of a sudden they want to treat you for breakfast or lunch! The devil is cruel
@tctoipa, yes, agreed! It is something God has given us to do if we choose to! But we have to quit doing everything to fast, not just stop eating. I have never fasted but that's not to say I never will or that I don't grieve over my sins because I do!

I fasted one time and I think god gave me sign saying end on the microwave at night time.he told me end of fasting.I was happy and I had lots of food to xD and I was o.k :) fasting is feeding the spirit.and it helps you humble yourself. You can do it any day.but I fast on Saturday's because I can't do it on school days......yea I'm a kid xD but any you can do it just believe that you will be o.k.just like I did :))

My church is collectivly doing a 28 day fast now and we've all chosen things to fast from.Some from food, others watching tv, some internet, others hobbies.
Really, no matter what you chose to fast from, so long as you mean the sacrifice of time you're giving, its a really invigorating exprience
