Learn how to box out for rebounding and do the Mikan drill im sure u can find a video of it on youtube and work on playing with ur back to the basket and using ur body to create space
the whole point is 2 not move his arms or his entire upper body so he works on moveing only his leg muscles moveing ur upper body slows down the movement in ur leg becuz it is eaasier 2 move

Weight training has been proved to give better results than plyometrics. Plyometrics are only usefull if the athlete is already on an elite level.
