  • @hock105 in our football practice we go three sets of five minutes and the last minute go as hard as you can makes you super fast i ran a 5.4 the beginning of my season now im running a 4.7

  • Some plyo/isometrics look funny and yall makin fun of it but they make you explosive. I'd put my money on an athlete who only did calisthencis/iso/plyometrics..­.all natural no weights...than an athlete who only weight trains with iron....anyday

    Weight training has been proved to give better results than plyometrics. Plyometrics are only usefull if the athlete is already on an elite level.

  • Learn how to box out for rebounding and do the Mikan drill im sure u can find a video of it on youtube and work on playing with ur back to the basket and using ur body to create space

  • the whole point is 2 not move his arms or his entire upper body so he works on moveing only his leg muscles moveing ur upper body slows down the movement in ur leg becuz it is eaasier 2 move

  • Yes...a program called air alert. It can be a little rough on the feet though.
