@lionelbeauclaire although the liner notes were vague, saying only "thanks to Phil Collins for playing drums while Robert was ill" which could be taken to mean that he filled in some live dates, or rehearsed with the band, or any of a number of other things. But I had a Paiste cymbal publication once that had entries for various Paiste endorsers, Phil Collins among them, and in his 'CV' it did include this LP, plus the playing does sound very much like him, erasing any further doubt . . .
I am trying to find a certain Argent song that I believe might be on this album? I heard the song for the 1st. time back in 1976 / 77 era on KCBS FM in San Francisco, Ca., but I don't know the name of the song? I have been searching for years to no avail. At the end of the song is a real pretty slide-type of a guitar? I think the lyrics towards the end of the song go like, " Oh I'm in love with you, with you, only you? Then the real pretty slide-type guitar comes in to the end? Help?
@JMarshallBeckham0952: I wish I could help but haven't heard the full album in decades. You should be able to find used copies of the vinyl on Ebay or Amazon. To my knowledge it has not been reissued on CD.
I had the rare pleasure of seeing this late and final lineup of Argent at the Starwood in Los Angeles. Always loved this album and song. Thanks for posting!
I believe Phil Collins is the guest drummer on this album, as Robert Henrit was ill. Seem to remember that from album notes

"She wore a graveyard smile...a singer from the silent stage...but in the dying light she wore grey...." What brilliant lyrics.

On My Feet Again has to be the best Argent song since the release of the In Deep album. Nice vocals from Argent, Verity and Rodford.
