This is clearly UHF, I remember the racist tirade scene that costed Weird Al to lose the channel in the movie. The reason the audio is so off is the scene was removed from all video versions of the film. The only available cut was from a grainy 16mm print.

This is clearly UHF, I remember the racist tirade scene that costed Weird Al to lose the channel in the movie. The reason the audio is so off is the scene was removed from all video versions of the film. The only available cut was from a grainy 16mm print.
