"Creation or evolution: this is the question defining our generation."
Oh good bloody gods. The question was answered 150 years ago, silly. This "defining question" for the current generation is "What are we going to do about global climate change." The answer is, of course, "Nothing." The issue of evolution vs superstition has already been answered. Do try to keep up.
"Ask?" I didn't ask anything, you odd person. I pointed out the fact that evolution is not a question, nor is Creationism: rthat issue has been settled already.
Odd person, you can't even read your own comment. I quote you "What are we going to do about global climate change." The answer is, of course, "Nothing."
I say again, "If you already know the answer why ask."
Of course the Climate is changing, when has it not changed?
Ah, so your reading comprehension skills are just as poor as your critical thinking skills. Well, that's a problem, but it's yours to deal with. Good luck with that.
Ok if, you find that point to challenging for you. Lets consider your first statement. "The question (creation or evolution) was answered 150 years ago, silly." 150 years ago, that would be 1859and Darwin's Origin of Species work. That was just the beginning of the debate and far from a defining solution. You cannot be naive enough to think that the majority of the world who believe in a divine creator agree that creation is superstition. Why would you think the debate is over?
There is no debate regarding if evolution happened or happens: science won, occult superstition lost. All we have left are occult-befuddled fearful clowns who wish to protect their funding by claiming there is still a "debate." The debate has already been concluded. You'll just have to adjust.
All joking aside, you have an interesting perspective, but far from the truth. Can you point to any conclusive evidence that we are not here by intelligent design. Facts that clearly prove the world and humanity were not created by God.
I am not sure what funding you are referring. I have worked this particular subject for many years and every dime I every spent came out of my own pocket.
My "perspective" is called "reality:" maybe you've heard of it. As for "the truth," I refuse to do "truth:" I embrace the facts. As for gods, there are no facts that show they do not exist, any more than there are facts that show they do exist. Gods are magical things and therefore cannot be falsified. Why even mention the gods at all? Evolution is an observed fact, and that fact has nothing to do with gods. You'll just have to adjust.
There is no argument that the life around is the result of millions of years of evolution. However, at the moment of creation, the singularity or big bang as some call it, humanity crossed over from being a simple animal into a being of spiritual consciousness. Theologians use various forms of analysis including observational study to deduce that the human civilization is the result of intelligent design.
Gravity, dark matter/energy even the interaction of stellar bodies are all the result of observational study. Although those studies and resulting theories are compelling, they are all still theories and no more fact then the theory of intelligent design.
As for evidence of the existence for god, its like you say, there is none. The lack of evidence is by intent. If you read John 3:16 in the Christian Bible it is obvious why there will never be any evidence. We are being tested. If we believe without evidence, we receive the reward. Wouldnt you think the test would be hard for a reward of eternal life. The moment we know for sure it will be to late and all that remains is certain death.
That is my reality. Who in their right mind would choose certain death over even the slightest possibility of eternal life. Especially when all we have to do is believe.
Is there any more to your position then arrogant condescension? Surely, for a victory in such a major debate as Evolution verse Creation there is more then just hot air. Where is the substance in your victory if you can present nothing more then this? You do not even dispute the fact that science is made of just as many theories as religion. Make your point or concede. I have made mine.
Intriguing.

hahahaha - let me guess your one of the 1% in the world who doesn't believe in some for of God.
Global climate change - If you already know the answer why ask.

I took a look at your channel. Quite a lively bunch. Maybe that is a better place to discuss this. If you don't mind me joining.

People who chose imagination as their "reality" are mentally ill.
Desertphile 2 years ago
It's mentally ill to choose the possibility of eternal life over death? Then good luck in your death.
DruidMorgan 2 years ago
Yes, it is mentally ill to choose to believe fantasy. Good luck with that.
Desertphile 2 years ago
So you are mentally ill since you believe in the big bang and gravity. Both of which are still theories not fact, just like intelligent design.
DruidMorgan 2 years ago
No; adults believing in fairy tales is a sign of mental illness. See a doctor.

Since you have yet to present any substance or evidence to your supposed victory, the debate between evolution and creation is still on going.

Pay me $200 and I will educate you. I will not do so for free. Science won, you superstitious freaks lost. Deal.

If you cannot backup your words with evidence then save your posts for someone who wants to read them. Who would pay for such empty thoughts.
I am am dealing. I am making you squirm like a fish on a hook.
