You are an expression of that one supreme light, just like all the colors of the rainbow are an expression of one light, what makes them different is the frequency they are vibrating at. They are all individual and different and yet all the same and all one.

WE ARE all light beings and we can bring OUR OWN light out.. we are not darkness... I remember what George Kavassilas says and it makes perfect sense. The earlier links I enjoyed.

@Yedgarian I'm familiar with George's perspective as well where he advises it's best to emanate your own light. I like that. Interesting that most of this channeled material here is good but as said earlier, they DO trick us so we learn. I'm trying to understand: is it ill advised to take in Mother Earth's light/energy? What about the sun's light/energy? What about this channeled entity reminding us that we are sovereign beings? Tricks or truths? Personal discernment is our only tool available.

@rubiksking12345 I had the reaction not to agree with it but I've known for a while now that I'm not comfortable to quitting TV even though there're more reasons than this to stop. TV is a huge distraction from alot of more motivating things to do and it has provided me with info that has helped me in life but I also end up watching alot of crap because I'm so dependant on TV and so much of what I need to learn is not on TV -few and far between, wasted time.

@rubiksking12345 You can learn from TV-most of what's on is a waste of time.I've known for awhile that alot of that wasted time is because I'm not comfortable to stop and do something else. It takes away alot of time used better -speaking to the above, used to meditate and transcend. Anything else you do is time taken away from that. If it is necessary for survival -eating, sleeping, work to eat etc. -it has to be balanced only in order to prepare the body to transform and receive that knowledge

Look into it, he has a clearer point of what's going on on earth =) *But I don't think they mean to invoke light from above, I think it's just to remind us where we really come from and that we're not humans on a spirit journey, we're spirits on a human journey. ;-)

@wewachywachy Yup that's one of the messages in these teachings-- some people want to become enlightened all at once, in the blink of an eye, but if you're not ready for such a dramatic shift, it would fry you if you just jumped into it too fast. Some are ready, some need to take it more in stride and allow it to be a gradual process. Personally, when I ask for more light/awareness/love/whatever, I aslo ask Spirit to help and only give me what I need for the time being

But a lot of people are currently not as dedicated to enlightenment as Jesus was, or we'd all be ascended by now...so while they finish off working out their duality so they can be free from it, and if they experience negativity, that will dim their light and it will help to call for more light to pour into them:)
