  • your partner of 25 yrs. YOU NEED TO BE MARRIED!!!!

  • whip dat hair girl!!! u knw u got it goin on!! luv dat at 1:45-1:48

  • my ultimate diva...singing ultimately.......

  • forever diana! this is real music you cant hear being made anymore!

  • I really love the movie Double Platinum, and this is one of the best songs in it. Perhaps Diana Ross and Brandy could make a sequel. I'd also like Diana and Billy Dee Williams to do a sequel to Mahogany.

  • LOVE the hair swing at 1:46 and beyond. she's epic!

  • wow, this is a great performance of this song! so heartfelt and beautiful...god, she's amazing

  • this song is the one for me because i a'm with my husband and it mean a lot to me.miss.p from texas city texas.

  • Lovely lady with a soul stirring magical voice. All those who grew up with her music will always love her

  • Wow...she's been amazing for decades. She still wow's me. Diana is awesome.

  • omg seeing emotions in Diana's face when she sing it really catches me

  • Work it Miss Ross. She killed it.

  • Too bad Double Platinum is her most recent film. She should return to acting

  • wow!

  • diana i have your movie, Double Platinum I LOVE YOU

  • Diana is so beautiful....love you Miss Ross!

  • Her head / hair flip near the end killed me. I'd marry her in a Central Park minute!

  • I'd mary her in 30 sekonds ^^

  • Weepy :(

  • this song was on repeat play on my cd player 24/7 i kid you not hehe..even my lil nieces and nephews started learning the words its so funny...you go miss ross

  • just pure elegance no earrings, necklace, rings or braclets mmm mmm mmm she is soo magical

  • The songs on this album deserve a second listen. At the time a lot of people thought it was not as good as "Take Me Higher" but now I hear a lot of musical and vocal complexity. Not a bad late career album. Though maybe not "classic Ross" as the poster says. The best song on the album, not used in the movie, is "So They Say". Very bluesy,

  • Whose version is better this one or Eric Carmen's? this song sounds very different with a male voice.

  • LOVE this song & the film she's in!

  • hummm... I see why MJ loved this woman They should have made more songs together She is fine to be and older woman- Sexy mami!

  • yes Jacko was in awe of her. so sad that she's no longer with us (jacko that is)

  • Wow, she looks amazing and I love this song This is a great perfomance ,great post and download! Happy New Year To all - God Bless! {{{Spreadin Love }}}

  • and very very beautiful

  • is this song not absolutely beautiful or what?

it makes u sad and happy at the same time..noone like THE BOSS

  • after listening to this a few times I have to say this is very good. She sounds great and the song is well done.

  • wow. this is really good. i never really listen to diana but this is great.

  • i do think that miss ross takes care of her skin with moisturizer, bleaching bcuz i remember when she was more browner, but in some pics back then she was also lighter... but i doubt seriously if she had any surgeries

  • Reprtedly, Ross has had 2 laser treatments for surface wrinkles and moles. That does tend to lighten black skin; a kind of scarring. If hse began to develop dark patches in menopause she may also have used a bleaching agent for the dark spots. Most of the disference people see in her color is merely cosmetics and lighting. She is definately "brown" in person. I have a personal pic of her from the early 80's and she looks very light in the photo.

  • i remember seeing this movie and fell in love...I swear I played track 9 on "everyday is a new day" all day long for months..i kid you not..still my fave

  • it's here in this point in her life and career that she transformed her appearance. skin lightening and facial surgery has made her look completely different than she did just a few yrs earlier when she was brown and beautiful. I like the un modified version better.

  • i think youre wrong at some point

  • when i saw her face 2 face during her take me higher tour

she ame to my row where i was and touched my hAND.SHE IS VERY TINY AND VERY LIGHT

  • yurherenow perhaps if your dumb ass would go outside you'll see that there is sun that tans all people as white as me or dark as you....Diana Ross has never been an exceptionally dark black woman you are viewing her in television stage lighting not your dark dismal bedroom -- what a fucking moron you are to keep harping on this light skin dark skin crap -- You obviously hate your color but bleach won't work on yours like you are hoping loser lol!

  • Diana Ross has great skin care and beautiful Skin !Dimishing dark spots and skin discolorations is the closest thing to bleaching that any black skin. Thats normal.

  • I'm a pretty pale White guy here who loves fun in the sun. lol I saw Diana Ross in NYC last year she was a good looking woman up close she did not look white but her skin looked radiant almost the color of Carmel in this video she appears to be in stage lighting.

  • miss ross at her best—looking great, sounding great and really giving her music emotion and depth!

  • I saw this in Double Platinum as a kid! My brother rented the film for me and I never returned it! LovZ it!

  • kool

  • Michael Jackson loved this woman. Diana and Michael were magical.

  • No Youtbi Jackco wanted to "be" this woman.

  • Thanks for a very beautiful video, i play it over and over too. Diana Ross is a icon who will always be up there in the #1,slot of music and fame,

  • which album / cd is this on?

  • Diana's 1999 ALBUM "EVERY DAY IS A NEW DAY".

  • thank's

  • Diana Forever!!! The Best Forever!!!

  • my mama love this song

  • Listen up people, Miss Diana Ross is a Trailblazer, Pioneer and Global Icon. She is the greatest female entertainer probably of all time. She deserves and commands much more respect than she gets and this video is classic Diana Ross!. The glitz, the glamour and no-one and i mean NO-ONE sings a ballad with more passion and emotion than Miss Ross. Quite simply, she is the "Supreme" Supreme!.

  • Jeez! So many people that have sooo much negativity against the lady who really started the whole genre. Please just appreciate this clip for what it is. Ross will always have a special place in my heart - I grew up with her when she towered over any other contenders. It's a lot tougher out there now but the diva can still cut it! She has survived...

  • @jim5355 nothing she sings turns me on! how did she think berry's wife felt when she found out diana was pregnant by her husband, this woman is not innocent!

  • @ranmae57 berry's wife knew berry was a cheat, i can't believe you don't appreciate most of her music.. the berry gordy era music is out-standing. it's classic stuff and still sounds as good 40 yrs later... it has stood the test of time and people still love it. why don't you? she's done some of the best songs ever recorded by anyone.

  • master class: 1:45 - 1:55 this is iconic ross. iconic glamor, style and soul. this is why ross cannot be touched and all the bitter and broken downs hos and woulda been-shoulda been coulda-been divas have to just suffer.

  • mahoganyflame, aah, Ross haters. They never cease to amaze me. My message to them: if you do not have anything nice to say, SHUT YOUR ASS and move it to another video / performer!

  • this is a geed song does anyone have part 12 of the movie i saw up to part 11 but can't find the rest of the movie

  • beautiful song!

  • Really Good!

  • I watched the movie (double platinium) over and over just because of this song!! this song is great!!!!

  • Hi!

it IS directly from the DP movie that was taped by a friend of mine in L.A.

  • Thanks. I guess I'd forgotten. But I really like the first version she does as the movie opens in the small club.

  • Does anyone know what this clip is from? To the best of my memory it's not from Double Platinum (although she does do a different version of it in that movie). From the 'ABC' logo it must have been on American tv. Oh, and I LOVE the head-throw she does near the end.

  • I agree, hobocamp, this was the best song from that album. It really should have been a hit for her. Too bad she'll never see another one here in the U.S. <sigh>

  • My favorite song from EDIAND.

  • Go Diana Ross. D&E:O)

  • i love this song too!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
