  • The chemical that interfears with the endocrine is Biphenol A it mimics the bodys hormones and cause's a number of problems in the body. Type 2 diabetes , Breast cancer , Prostate cancer . The list goes on.

  • u cant take meds without consulting a doc, esp ones which affect hormones, it can cause various adverse effects

  • damm this is very informative, thanks for the posting. i have under active thyroids,but how do i speed up the metabolic rate in my system is there any suggestions or meds? and not the one from the doctor i did it dont work.

  • well to avoid beating around the bush. ill just flat out say i think you want either testosterone or growth hormone.

  • you need to either take in more iodine or see an endocrinologist who will prescribe you the correct thyroid hormones that will help your thyroid increase your metabolism. you definitely should not take growth hormones or testosterone if what you have is an underactive thyroid.

  • get your TSH tested and if it is high, it means you may have hypothyroidism. the next step is to take a medication called synthroid 12.5mcg once a day.
