@mrepikwin You have Norton I'm guessing? Norton picks up a trojan, just ignore it, its so that modio can connect to the internet.

Just say, No you cannot be banned, BUT you cant play online because you havt to delete your updates for the game (Cache) because the updates wont let you load the DLC's. Which is actully true because it will just freeze if you do try to load it with the updates lol XD. Unless your me i found away around that so i can play online and talk threw xbox party chat with the updates :3
