@cachief @cachief I also like the area of the coast ridge road a few miles past the turn off for San Martin Top going north on the coast ridge road.

Because you can get cell phone reception and 3G internet connection. I build websites and it makes for an office with a great view if all you need to work is a connection to the net and a cell phone.

Haha that's interesting. We did willow creek to san martin then back to south coast ridge to prewitt and finished up camping at prewitt. Very nice area.

@cachief Another good one is the "Old Coast Road" at Molera. Good hikes up Little Sur River to Pico Blanco - about 7 miles but an outrageous waterfall and pool.

up Willow Creek Road to the Coast Ridge Road. Then I took the road that goes to San Martin Top. Its soooo worth the drive. I've done it in a Honda, you don't need a really high clearance, but good tires are a must.
