not really liebherr is german.they have to have flags on the tips of the boom worldwide.that way planes can see them during the day.and at night the booms are either lowered or the have a flashing light on them.

and it looks like new york??? thats another reason they have the flags.for the WTC. the main reason they are flown from the hooks.
