@Schatzmass I don't know, I think it's the microphone which compresses the cymbals because they are so loud? I have no limiter or something on it and it's recorded in manual mode without clipping or something. But this thing is so cheap and it offers great quality though ;)

Thank you for this, considering buying the little sucker for myself. Any reason why the cymbals seem compressed? - Is it maybe the Auto Leveller?

@udapud Yes :D I'm a guitar player and I sometimes play drums just for fun, no lessons. Of course I can't play it right :)
