Tanners mother knew of the abuse as well as others. Russel Miller was his Murderer and his parents knew the abuse their son was doing to our baby We were kept away the last 4 months of his life and now we know why. Tanners mother knew our family would have taken him away We were in the process of the court filings for custody but didnt act quickly enough. If only ONE of the several that knew of the on-going abuse would have spoken up I could have saved my grandsons life.
