This guy is maybe a 4 on a 1-5 scale. He's good, but there is ego involved. He definitely needs to transcend the ego to be a truly effective speaker. That usually happens through meditation, 12-step programs, yoga, etc. The ego here has not been transcended, but he has a choice to be on his way :)

I wanna do exactly what you do, if there is any advice you can give me, i would highly appreciate it, i plan to go to schools, rehabs, jails, rehabs, and tell my story and how i change, and that change is possible.
