you cant get there unless you unlock the spawn point. to do this you need to complete the hall of meat challenges. this is easiest done from the top of the e, for obvious reasons.

I found this out by accident! Done a massive air from a cougar bridge run and landed amomgst the trees then spotted the path, didn't even realise where i was till i got the top o the stairs!
