Beyonce does have real music that people can relate to. At least she is taking risks and letting her fans get a real feel of who she truly is. Plus, still having those up-tempo songs that people love. But, it's great to hear your opinion.
If you're talking about the lyrics, actually both songs showed the same inplicit message how some men don't realize that the choices they make when they are in a relationship could hurt their girlfriend's feelings. I thought they mixed well musically and expressed the message well.

Yeah i agree.I appreciate the thought and she did an ok job but she doesn't put anywhere near as much emotion into the song as Alanis does.But then again noone in the world can do this song like Alanis did.But still good for Beyonce for giving it a go :D
