When John Lennon met Jerry Lee Lewis, John dropped to his knees and kissed his feet. Jerry's son asked his father, "Dad, dad, is that John Lennon?" His father said, "Yes it is John Lennon."
I had the priviledge of meeting James a few times and jammed at his Birthday party in Memphis in 1993 with him!! That is one of the best times I ever had!!!!
OK, all of the so-called rock 'n roll singers from the last 30 years can put their shirts back on, pack up the make-up, stop the phony prancing around, take the stupid scarfs off the microphones and sit down. Your services are no longer needed. THIS is rock 'n roll singing. Jerry Lee, barely moving behind his piano, puts ANY other rock 'n roll singer in the deep shade.
i just cant stand tha electric piano, when the killer is perfoming, he should have a great piano instead of that electric thing, i love to see him perform on a piano. God bles jerry lee lewis.
I have the whole sfow inkl a interview with JERRY AND A YOUNG GIRL WHO DOESNT UNDERSTAND HIS JOKES SO HE GETS PISSED OFF AND SAYS, iNTERVIEW IS OVER! DR NICK IS STANDING behind WATCHING HIS LITTLE PATIENT!

Initially, this is much better than his cover of the same song, many years earlier.
Unfortunatley, he speeds up. Oh, well, the tune is no masterpiece, anyway.
Hats off to a great performer.

I was there that night. The Killer was in godd shape but the sound was very poor. It actually sounds better on video.
Got a nice talk with both Burton and Lovelace afterwards. Nice guys and very professional with fans.
