I found da violin in vault 92 without activating the quest and at the same time i was doing the stealing independence quest too. So I found it and I sold it to Abraham Washington by mistake and it said i completed it but den i just reloaded the auto save and kept the violin

Fawkes (super mutant sidekick) is obtained after you get abducted by Enclave Members at the end of game. The armor is Enclave Power Armor (Tesla Armor.)

nice i got tesla armour from sum guys when i destroyed an eyebot WALKTHROUGH FOR TESLA ARMOUR!

1.destroy eyebot

2. they come in chopper

3. throw bout 10 grenades at bottom of chopper

4. u hav it

5. there is no 5

sumtimes it doesnt work make sure the eyebot sees u then shoot it and stand in a wide open space u shud hear it if it doesnt work keep tryin it will work soon

Of course you don't need it, there are almost always at least two ways to get something done in this game. He just happened to use Lady Killer in this case.

Her house is located between the Meresti Trainyard and the scrapyard, which is where you find your dog, dogmeat.. If you don't know where the scrapyard is, it's northeast of the trainyard, slanting diagonally. I hope this helped someone.
