Hi all, I'm the one who recorded this.

I was on vacation at that time and when i went fishing i saw the dog near by. It looked very sick and i asked its owner why. He said maybe it was because the dog once ate a fishhook. Maybe when the guests came to fish here the man didn't have time to take care of the dog so... But he didn't take it to the vet because they were really poor and lived in a remote village far from downtown.
