  • dude, your muscleing the bar. use your hips more so you're not pulling the bar up with your arms the entire time. when the bar is moving up your shins, and past you knees and near your thighs, you explode with your hips as if youre jumping with the weight. also, catch the bar as quickly as possible, because its looping instead of going in a vertical direction.
