  • Great Video KEEP IT UP I've been using OVULATION PREDICTOR for a long time and I still get butterflies when that little smiley shows his face. :) I got one from the internet by searching on Google HOME CHECK OVULATION KIT it was great!

  • I love those dollar tree tests. Do you recommend using their OPKs?

  • @WINWITHunWIN I haven't had any success with TTCing, but they're good if you like to test a lot. I always had a few dollar tree tests laying around. And a few of the more expensive ones just in case

  • Wow, that is a lot of stuff

  • Just watching ur video for the first time as of 9/25/2011.... im doing most of what ur advising. Pre-seed is now available at CVS Pharmacy for $20. Its excellent. As far as the opk's, use the cheaper strips as much as u want, but the digital u can use at least a few days b4 u think ur gonna ovulate. I did just that by monitoring my cervical mucus. After a couple days of not testing, I went ahead and used the digital opk after seeing fertile CM, and I got a big fat happy face!!!

  • This is so helpful. I hadn't heard of the first response fertilty test before but I will definately look for it!

  • Trish, thanks alot , this has really helped me ,

  • @MsMtotomzuri No Problem :) I am glad it has helped you. Babydust!

  • hi trisha, i wanted to ask you, at wot point are u supposed to do a ovulation test?

  • @Maz25ify Hi, thanks for writing! Typically if your cycles are fairly normal, you can start testing around CD 10 or so. It really all depends on the length of your cycle. For me, I don't get a period unless it's induced, so I'm using OPK's every time I'm not on an induced cycle. How long are your cycles on average?

  • @pandasbabydreams well jus yesterday i went to see the gynecologist and she did all scans and sed i have PCOS. and gave me provera+clomid. i have really irregular periods, its my first day taking provera. i can never tell wen i ovulate so thought i buy sum tests but wasnt sure wen to actually do a Ovl test

  • @Maz25ify I'm also on Provera. I have a few days left. I've taken Provera and Clomid lots of times. I think you can start testing on CD 11 or 12. You just don't want to test too early or too late. Is your doctor having you come in on CD 21 for a Progesterone Level test?

  • @pandasbabydreams When u say CD 11 or 12 u mean after period? Bcoz i have very irregular periods so wen i do cum on my cycle lasts for months sumtyms so wen do i use OPK?. yes my doctor said to make an appt b4 CD 25 does that mean CD25 after your periods or during? Im soo confused.

Sorry if i seem to be asking silly questions lol im new to all this and my doctor didnt explain much to me

  • @Maz25ify No problem. It's not a silly question, I used to be super confused and didn't know too much about CD (Cycle Days) :) You're correct. CD 11 would be 11 days since you first started your period. So you can probably buy a pack of Ovulation tests and start maybe 11 days after your period starts. There are usually at least 7 tests in the box or even more. And there are instructions on when to start. But usually with a medicated cycle it can be around CD 12-20 or even later for ovulation.

  • @pandasbabydreams Thanks Trish, Uve bin really helpful. I think ive got my head around it now lol. thats for being patient with me.x
