  • Outstanding, MAST shoots back...the so called soldier who can't see the advantages of the training offered and referenced in this video is someone who I'd not want to go through the door with. I was initially trained by Kent Turnipseed,, and have attended training both required and because I want to be the best at staying alive in any environment I would attend this course in a heartbeat. Honorable Discharge/Multiple Black Belts/Police Academy hoo-ya

  • im in the army and have been for about 10 years now. im a combat arms guy and have been deployed four times to either iraq or afghan. ive trained with jerry barnhart and have been to a sdm school and i must say this guys course sounds awesome. its one thing to be in combat arms and have someone teach guys who know how to fight and make them better its a completely different thing to teach people who have no fighting background and make them effective shoots. Keep up the good work man.

  • What the hell does that mean "No Military Attitude?" Lamer!

  • I really like this video I find the site pretty impressive as well. Considering there are a bunch of "real soldiers" leaving 5th grade level insults about your training (like a single one of them have videos of them doing better), you even represent yourself well on youtube, which is a very hard thing to do anymore. You guys are doing a great job training people to use firearms safely and effectively. If I'm ever in your area I'll swing on in for some instruction myself. Keep it up!!

  • That's really awesome that you clowns have hired such a great photographer. Why don't you send me a link to their website? Or maybe some exif. data or a model release, I might go and take your word on that one. Nice job talking shit about my friend who can manage to shoot a target at 7 yards with a .44 magnum revolver. I guess you all got your skillset from the movies huh? Fucking rent a cops might want to earn a real patch first.

  • @dbowen22 you are an embarrassment to the united states armed forces. you're an immature arrogant asshole. and my kids boyscout patches mean more than any you will ever get.

  • These people are clowns. I am in the army, so don't wear multicam acus and plate carriers and wannabe s.f. hats, I find it insulting. Also I looked at their joke of a website and thought one of those photos looked familiar (dude looking down m4 with aimpoint on it). And behold I knew I saw it in an ESS eyepro ad on base. Its also on the ESS website. Clowns!

  • @dbowen22; Glad to hear you are in the Army. We find that someone in the military promoting being such an asshat is insulting. You should do some research...hence, the photo of MAST on the ESS website was approved by MAST Solutions, shot by our photographer and given to them with our copyright on it. Nice one champ. Your other comments prove to be equally unqualified and less interesting than your video of yourself shooting a soda can from 5 feet standing still

  • @dbowen22 shut up pussy

  • @ll1lI

    Whatever tough guy.

  • Jeanna is hott!

  • @mastsolutions if you could send me a link if u have one Mastsolutions so i can get a lil Info\cost\hours

i injoy ur Vid's they Rock

  • @lowcostcleaners i'll get you info

  • Wow, I need to take this class.

  • is it just me or doesnt anybody notice that this video is exactly 5: 56 min long as in 5,56 x 45 mm!

  • Fitness instructor? Graphic Artist? Are you serious? What are they going to use the training for unless they carry a firearm with them 24/7. I think their waiting for the zombie invasion.

  • @rodeo600 ... its very likely she cc's, in which case, the training could be useful if she were ever robbed or even home defense.

  • @rodeo600 who cares at least theyre trying to learn how to use a firearm you ass. It doesnt matter what your job is what matters is they are interested in learning how to use the tools they have.

  • @TheMr1911dude Relax. I'm entitled to my own opinion. You don't have to use derogatory words.

  • Looks like a pretty good school, wish i had money to attend and get some good training.

  • All self defense starts in the mind to develop the attitude to use deadly force and to recognize when it is needed.

  • Why would a fitness instructor need to know how to shoot someone point blank from the hip?

In what situation would a fitness instructor be carrying a gun on her?

  • I agree with you Shark. Maybe she had a situation at 24 hour fitness were a disgruntle steroid using muscle head got combative with another steroid using muscle head.

  • In a non-mil environment people probably do better if they are not screamed at. One can not scream and still not dilute the training. In fact in situations with people in the civilian environment this is what will work better and have people learn the skills.

  • fk u click the video coz u saw that chick

  • Wow check out the Army Regulations on 2:59...some pt regime

  • And what exactly is wrong with a "military attitude?" I understand simplifying the language and all that for non mil/leo but I hope the training itself isn't tuned down. I want my training to instill a sense of reality and urgency. It's serious stuff.

  • why can't we have anything like this in Iowa:(

  • haha look at Tactical Ted at 4:19 with his bow around his neck. And then at 4:55 it looks like Tactical Ted has never done a push up in his life! training is good, but every situation is differnt and its impossible to train for every situation.

  • ....she looked hotter in the picture.

  • WISH THE POLICE ACADEMY WOULD HAVE HAD US DO THIS HOPE I GET A CHANCE FROM MY DEPARTMENT IN NORTH DAKOTA TO GO TO THIS HOW MUCH DOES THIS COST FOR ONE MAN

  • @martinkyle9618 Pcad is a joke.

  • so the pushups are optional?

  • First of all. Not to be mean but realistic. Half the guys in the video need to shed weight. Seriously even the LEOs doesnt matter how good you shoot if you cant run from there to here or fight for more than 60 seconds without being tired. Some of the guys cant even talk without sucking air. Your mind and body are weapon number 1. We need to keep our people alive with physical training both for the fight and for the cardiac arrest cases. E6 Eleven Bang Bang

  • @alcheng27 Hey you make a point. A very valid poin. I like when you said your mind an body are weapon number 1.

  • MAST?

    Mega Ass Stomping Team? :)

  • whats up with all the tacticool guys.

  • 2:51 to 2.58 what are those two doing out of the kitchen?

  • @2865016 quit runnin your cum dumpster and speak only when spoken to jack wagon.

  • @redneckcop3

haha well i aint speakin to you so u can go suck a dick elsewhere fuckstick~

  • @2865016 oh my goodness...that hurt my feelings :(.....was soooo hoping we could be friends....NOT

  • @redneckcop3

haha what kinda fag would wanna be your friend. Back to the kitchen lardCunt.

  • @2865016 ooooookkkkk...here we go again. i seriously thought i was done with you, but apparently not. i don't really give a shit about what you have to say. i'm 3rd generation don't give a fuck. and the "kitchen" comment is really fuckin stupid. i'm over our little spat, so get a life and move on.....LARDCUNT!!!!!!

  • @a7green: all very good points. The officers train with additional kit as they wear it on duty. Second point, the reason we are not training from concealment is due to size of class and safety challenges. Thanks for your input.

  • ....... It's Good training, But who carries all that gear in the real world ???

Also this training would only be useful if Texas allowed Open Carry, like the way they're being taught.

  • @a7green Very few people carry that much gear in the real world on a daily basis, and it's usually part of their job. However, civilians would be wise to have something similar. It helps keep your gun stuff organized and in the rare event you ever face a Katrina-like situation where armed looters are roaming the streets, you'll have plenty of firepower.

  • @bubba51: great post!

  • I think I will stick with my Sword... Imagine trying to mug a guy with a sword and armor.

  • @InsanePickle007

    Mugger: "Give me your wallet!"

    Samurai/Knight: "Drop your pants!"

  • @ Dehodes: all very wise choices. Great to see you look into training up! :-)

  • While this looks 'legit', I think I'm going to stick with a VTAC, Vickers, or a Pat Rogers course.

  • look at the guy on right side at 0:22

he needs to put off some weight!

  • As much as I love my fellow gun-enthusiasts, I have to point out the fact that most of them are overweight.

  • Deltaecho 1:: As for "resumes" i will let the team know (who are currently Operational) that you don't approve of OPSEC. I'm quite positive that with your "call name" Delta Echo 1 you can appreciate that.

    Thanks for your comments. :)

  • @mastsolutions Is this only in Texas? Also, how old do you have to be to take a class?

  • Deltaecho 1:: This video was "shot" during a class, thus the "marketing" standpoint has no relevance here with the "sunglasses" (Protective Eye Wear). A "hat" is not a cool guy feature...it's to protect your eyes as well as to defect hot brass from entrenching in between your FACE and Protective Eye Wear! :) If you would like to "identify" with us...come on down!

  • @mastsolutionsI hear ya on the hat protecting you from hot brass. I had a 40S&W land right on the top of my glasses and proceed to sit there and burn the crap out of my forehead before I even had a chance to shake it off. . .the one day I forgot to bring my hat to the range. I have no idea how it happened, you would think it would just bounce off but not that time! At least my follow up shot went where I wanted it to =)

  • @ NiftyVT: Great job...keep up the good training and congrats with the follow trough.

  • Just curious as to the Instructors credentials?

  • look at that fat ass at 4:19 a cop wearing a iraqi scarf with camo and american green flag. these cops should enlist in the military.

  • @Parafrog8654

One of the best under pressure handgun shots recorded was by a "Fat" Detective using a 6 inch S&W 357. The Gunman had a Patrolmen's Semi-Auto Service Pistol pointed at the Patrolmen's head and they were inches apart. The Fat Detective set up several times, finally firing thru the back Patrol Car window about 45 degrees, the round passed thru the Hostage Takers Head, did not strike the Patrolmen. Thin and fit is great.. But that Fat fellow did a fine job that day.

  • @Parafrog8654 Never thought I would be agreeing or chuckling at a comment you posted, but i am.

  • are these cops? why so many american flags? i swear cops want to be military bad!!!!!!!!!!!

  • @Parafrog8654 I know 5 months old but I'll feel better so here ya go---- I am a older and fatter cop and I was in the Marine Corps 86-93 , now this will make your head spin but I sometimes wear the American flag and even some military biased hats that I wear that refer to the awesomeness of the Marine Corps. Just because they ain't currently with you don't mean they ain't been there before you.

  • Awesome video!!!

  • How much do these kind of classes cost?

  • @Boneyman

    $350.00

  • What I want to know is when more courses are scheduled? The MAST website doesn't list any dates, course details, etc.

  • @tobynine9

Our new website will be up in a few months. Thanks for your reply

  • I think the more of these courses there are for civilian sheepdogs the better.

  • Interesting. I've been to the site, resumes on some of the cadre are vague, while others like Cecil is specific and stands out. Not sure what Brockmann's experience is although he makes some good points. From a marketing standpoint, he has to lose the sunglasses and hat here and there so the audience can better identify who they're listening to.

  • awesome video!! whats up Mulkey?

  • nice shooting philosophy

  • MAST has done a very good job of creating a curriculum of practical situations for ordinary people. More importantly, they do a great job with keeping a safe environment. I've been at classes (not with MAST) where I was more concerned about my personal safety than the topic being taught.

  • I've taken this class from MAST more than once and I agree...if you own a pistol you need this kind of training. And MAST does a great job safely teaching many useful concepts.
