  • i understand the theory behind kipping pull ups and how they incorporate more of your body and let you do more work faster, but arent you stil sacrificing a lot by not getting the "negative" portion of the exercise?

  • CrossFitters probably dominate in the bedroom. Just sayin'... lol

  • what is the right weight for the front squad / push ups? it is standard for men and women?

  • Looks almost as hard as Zumba

  • To all you numbskulls saying that a kipping pull up is not a pull up. It is one of may types of pull ups. Just put 'pull up types' in google and get some learning. I can name more than 10 types off the top of my head and this one is just as valid as any of them. Sure, might serve a different purpose to say a weighted pull up, but that is the point of it.

  • why the gay music?

  • That girl is possessed

  • Go try this workout b4 you bash it. You will probably be gassed after the first set of thrusts.

  • Kip ups pull ups: You still move the same weight over the same distance yet can reduce time, kipping actually uses more energy than strict pull ups... plus that girl probably fitter than all you fat ass haters

  • All the crap some of you are talking about the girl and she's actually getting her chin over the bar. The guys actually going a bit lower. An yeah, its a kip up, but its all about speed with this WOD.

  • It makes me laugh looking at the comments on all of these crossfit videos. All of these ignorant people thinking that the people aren't doing "real" pull ups. Smh

  • yea real pull ups = feet hanging, keeping the body straight, shoulder width grip palms facing out pull up and go all the way down- those are called real pull ups the jerking and palms facing in we used to do those type of half ass pull ups between middle/high school ;-) just sayin..

  • Fran is a benchmark workout used to follow a athlete progress. Crossfitters also do chest to bar pull ups and strict weighted pull ups. Kipping is used to help string multiple pull ups together as fast as possible. More work in less time. For all you haters out there why don't you put your money where your mouth is and do this wod for time. If you can handle it. My guess is you can't.

  • How about that was the weakest excuse for a pull up this world has seen. Get over that bar!

  • she needs to squat lower.....and the song Sucks! Good job though.\

  • Cross fit is good for women but its a lot of work for men to end up with skinny builds, do isolation training instead. I work out to rnb so I can't comment on the music lol.

  • @TheRealDarrenJames Not everyone cares more about "looking" fit and strong over being fit and strong. Isolation exercises and single-joint/one muscle group workouts are basically gearing you to be this muscle head strong man that's actually functionally weak. Sure, you might be strong if you strap you up to a chair and put your shoulder in a specific movement, but I don't think you'd fair well in the dynamic and functional real world.

  • @gatorbait87 I actually train 4 sets by 4 reps heavy weight, which makes me look and be far stronger than someone who trains with crossfit.

  • @TheRealDarrenJames No offense, but I saw your video and you don't look strong - you look like you have a lot of excess weight. And just for the record, you are not FAR stronger than those who train with crossfit. You couldn't even do one legit pullup

  • @gatorbait87 Man I'm 220 5'9, at least 80 pounds of extra lean muscle from lifting weights, I wouldn't expect someone who thinks a crossfit trainer is stonger than a powerlifter, I can curl 70's, this guy couldn't curl 30's. The reason why I had a hard time doing pullups is because I'm 220, loser. My arms are huge dude, I have people telling me my muscles are too big for my head. Hey, how bout you make a video of yourself? 140 are we?

  • @TheRealDarrenJames Honestly, there is too much wrong with what you said for me to touch on everything - I'll try, though. First, powerlifting is different from strength training and crossfit happens to include a lot of olympic lifts for your information. I hate to break it to you but curling 70s doesn't make you strong and I'm not sure who "this guy" is. You should not be proud you weight 200 as you could stand to lose 30 to 40 lbs. You ABSOLUTELY do not have

  • @gatorbait87 220*

  • @gatorbait87 First of all I see you're not going to make a video of your "great body", so you're full of shit, you're a joke. Second of all I should be proud to be 220, because I used to be 135 with abs a few years ago and I was 210 with abs a few months ago, before i gained weight, now I could lose another 5 pounds to have visible abs, I don't even have 20 pounds of fat to lose. Your lack of knowledge about weight for bb's makes me realize you're probably just a kid. :)

  • @TheRealDarrenJames tell yourself whatever you have to man

  • @gatorbait87 I don't have a 6 pack yet, but I have a flat stomach at 220. I loaded the video, so now you can wallow in the fact you're skinny with no real muscle, just like the crossfit trainer you want to be! Mr big old 180, good for you!!!

  • @gatorbait87 I just loaded the video. I don't have a 6 pack yet, but I have a flat stomach at 220. So you can train crossfit all you want and keep believing you're stronger than a bodybuilder who can just happen to lift heavier weights than you can and is much bigger than you, pure coincidence. You go mr. big 180!!!

  • @MrWillywonkachoco Yeah the only fat guy with a flat stomach.

  • @MrWillywonkachoco he said crossfit trainers are stonger than bodybuilders, which isn't true, they lift heavier weight for less reps. He also said power lifting isn't strength training, when that's pretty much the definition of strength training. He said this because he is a kid, who doesn't know what he's talking about, just like you.

  • @MrWillywonkachoco before you say another word, upload a video of your self and stop hiding yourself, cause you're probably a scrawny kid.

  • @TheRealDarrenJames According to your stats 5'9 220 your BMI is 32.5, which is in fact obese (anything over 30). However, I realize BMI does not take into account muscle mass and I do not believe you are obese. I will give you credit for having complete confidence in your body though, takes guts to put a video of yourself up. My video coming shortly.

  • @MrWillywonkachoco it's cool, I still have probably another month to go before i have abs again, and I'm actually mixing in mostly crossfit type training to get there instead of cardio, because it has after burn. My only argument with crossfit is that it doesn't really increase muscle mass compared to bodybuilding or power lifting, but it's good for muscle endurance and weight loss. I wasn't making fun of him for being 180, it was for saying he was stronger than a bb.

  • @TheRealDarrenJames theres nothing wrong with being ripped and skinny, it's good, i was just pissed that he called me fat lol, if I was in peak condition for my weight I wouldn't have cared, but I'm getting there agian.

  • Comment removed

  • @MrWillywonkachoco woah dude you're ripped, I hope in a month or so I'm that ripped. Do you train in crossfit?

  • @TheRealDarrenJames I'm assuming you're being sarcastic. I never said I was ripped, in fact I think I'm relatively average. If you were serious thanks man. I have a long way to go for myself. I'm at 6'5 210, ideally I'd like to put on more muscle. I don't do crossfit. Just coming off a knee surgery 2 months ago, started running again on tuesday. All I have been doing is lifting 4 days a week upper body. I plan on joining my local crossfit box for one month in February.

  • @MrWillywonkachoco I wasn't being sarcastic, you looked ripped. I've tried it all, It all depends what your goals are, bodybuilding (4 day split, 3 exercises per body part, 8 reps) I was bigger when I did that, or power lifting for strength or just being lean and ripped by doing crossfit. I've been mixing all three lately.

  • @TheRealDarrenJames Word, thanks. I sent you a workout on your channel comments. Check it out, specifically designed for getting lean and holding onto your muscle. I would say try it and add 20 minutes of intervals on the treadmill 2 or 3 days a week and you should be good. Diet is the most important aspect of all though. Crush protein, but count calories.

  • @MrWillywonkachoco I checked my comments and couldn't find it. But I'm pretty much gonna stick to doing crossfit type workouts in the morning and heavy lifting at night, cause using legs jacks up testosterone. I'm guessing about a month before I'm in pretty good shape. It's funny I've been training my delts for years and can never get them to grow, but I've been doing squat and press every morning in the crossfit type workout and they're growing already.

  • Comment removed

  • @MrWillywonkachoco I recently lost about 15 pounds, so I was fat and I'm still losing weight with plans to have a 6 pack again, a flat stomach isn't fat, you're obviously a scrawny kid to have that opinion, even people with bellies aren't fat, you're fat when your BMI rates obese, kid. If you think I'm fat you're* delusional, or rather just not knowledgeable, a kid. I have never tried to run a mile in 10 mins, that's pretty random, but if I wanted to I would train for that.

  • @TheRealDarrenJames What the fuck is it? Debating on the ways to improve the conditioning or fucking bitches' beauty contest?

  • @valgez1 Well it started as me saying that bodybuilders and power lifters are bigger and stronger than cross fit trainers. Then the dude called me fat, so yeah I had to prove him wrong, although there's nothing wrong with being fat, just about health.

  • @TheRealDarrenJames 80 lbs of lean muscle, either. Your arms are big because they're fat hence why they're very undefined. You saying that tells me that you might either have a body dysmorphic disorder or are just saying that for the argument's sake. I'm not 140 either. I'm at a lean 180 for my height at 5'10" and when I do weighted pullups I do it with 35 and 45 lb plates so your weight is not an excuse for your lack of strength. Next time I do them I will make a video for u

  • @gatorbait87 There is literally no fat on my arms, I'll make a video, just for you, fag.

  • Moving like a squid under water doing them "pull ups"

  • You have to complete a the pull up to at least the chin for the workout to count - wod scaler

  • this sound so fucking depressing, you fucking killing me!!!!!!

  • they should stop calling it pull-ups when they're doing kip ups

  • @KshN86 Good gyms will call them "kipping pullups" :)

  • Great workout. Terrible song.

  • why kip?

  • @superfisto try and do the workout without kipping and see how it goes. If you can do straight pull ups the entire time kudos to you.

  • I'd like for everyone to note the kipping on the pull ups. The "all-stars" at my gym love to bring down the hammer when I perform pull ups if my feet swing forward or backward at all. Tell me it takes aways from isolating upper body strength. Doesnt help there is only one pull up bar in the center of the entire place for everyone to critique your form.

  • what weight on the bar is he pressing?

  • This is so deadly workout.

  • that girl's "pull-ups" at the end are hilarious

  • Comment removed

  • this is cool

  • holy shit dolly parton has an annoying voice

  • Why is the music soooo gay ?

  • Crossfit often say they are quite good at everything, while other athletes are only good at certain things. This is SO wrong. For example any martial artists, gymnasts, sprinters and people doing parkour etc. are good at most too, plus they excel at what they do. And they are also ready for everyday life tasks and dangers. So why be medium good at alot things, and not be very good at one thing and medium good at alot of things ?

  • why are they so proud of being medium good at alot of things? This world is all about specializing, in school, at work, in sports and so on. Another thing they dont understand is that, by specializing in one thing, you also become medium good at alot of other things. For example sprinters, obv. very fast and strong, but they are also flexible and have good coordination etc. Martial artists very are flexible and have good coordination, but they are also strong with endurance.

  • amundson didnt push his head through once...

  • @alex4011 true, but this was also done over about 8 years ago... don't believe that standards were as strict

  • I like crossfit but alot of the stuff is wack...

  • Some people jog, some walk, others play tennis. It takes balls to be this fit and maintain it.

  • That girl is a BEAST!

  • good workout some great ideas for the endurance faze of the next sports conditioning program I will be running, as long as the core and prime muscles are strong you should be able to do this at a decent speed without causing to many problems pronated grip when doing pull ups uses more of the forearm extensors where as supinated grip uses more of the forearm flexors

  • This song is prob the worst one that you could have picked with this video lol

  • @BigBallin678

You mean that everyone doesn't listen to Dolly Parton when they're working out?

  • without a baby strapped to you this is not elite.

  • o and i also didnt kip :)

  • did it today for the first time ever, used 95lbs, never did thrusters and scored just under 13 mins. I am hooked, and will now crossfit train, just seems like more of a real workout, o yea i almost threw up.

  • if you're hanging from the landing rail of a helicopter and you have to get back into the cabin to fight neonazi's who have your family hostage... don't kip. maintain as static of a hang as possible.

  • @gretchman Why? They aren't doing this to isolate the muscles involved in the dead-hang pull-up. They are doing this as fast as possible within the rules of the workout (that does not specify dead-hang pull-ups.) Plenty of workouts created within crossfit do use dead-hang, this one does not.

  • I see kipping.

That kinda makes pullups pointless...ballistic motion should not be used to circumvent muscular application.

  • @doctorich

they're doing it for endurance and overall conditioning, not isolation str building

  • omg i got owned! tried this today and my time was 7.38 =p

50kg on the thrusters... baaaah =\\ i got owned by this girl ;) hehe

  • @m3g1 I think she used 30 kg and he used 40 kg on the squat-puch-press thing... (?)

  • @peter357 heheh, thats awesome.. i love the technique on the pullsups.. still need to practice it more.. 50kg on the thrusters for me was heavy though =D

  • @m3g1 Well if want to spend time at the gym NOT working your back and arms and shoulders, go ahead and jump :D

  • @peter357 i have my own strength days where i do real pullups and bench. shoulder, or whole body workouts =)

but when ur doing crossfit, its all about intensity.. explosive ;) really helps out with my mma and thai =)

  • @m3g1 training should be a funktion of our sport or personal needs. I also train crossfit but I do it so it fits my needs whatever the "crossfit bibel" says. And there is seriously nothing new about doing "rounds" its just an old school superset :) As far as the theoretical physical benefits of the so called "kipping" pull-up and I am not qualified to tell, but in my own experiance I feel nothing in my muscles from swinging and bouncing around the bar...

  • ive done plenty of shit, different kind of work outs and etc. body building, ran marathons, tris, did gymnastiques and wrestled in high school, and etc. once you go to the classes and the instructors who are olympic weightlifting qualified teach you the lifts and examine you then theyll let you do the wods. ive had more injuries through tryin to do heavy weights than i have here. this brings me back to my bud/s days where i felt the best shape of my life. its all about preference and dedication.

  • Its funny how people are talking shit but coudnt do 1/4 of that workout. its a 15 or 20 minutes excercise performed in under 3 minutes. I've done crossfit and its no joke.

  • awesome!

  • see i'd rather go heavier and take longer.... i like the cf workouts but all this emphasis on time doesnt work for me...much rather do a 135 thruster and take ten min... who the hell wants a 2 minute workout of spastic intensity anyway? I hate to sound like a pussy bodybuilder but this really IS how you get injuries

  • @HealthyMealMaker

you don't know anything about fitness.

  • Look at those kip up push ups.

  • How much weightis that?

  • I met fran today..

  • how much weight is she thrusting?

  • i make fran my bitch...... after like doin the same workout 100+ times :D

  • che porcheria di esecuzione

  • 0:00 LMAO 1 plate

  • @straken9k1 huh?? Dont knock it before you try it, i guarantee, 100%, Fran will kick your ass. I don't care how good of shape you are in, she's a bitch, lol.

  • shes a machine

  • 41 people are just jealous cause they cant do this

  • Fran's a fucking bitch

  • We did this today. The guy who heads up our group is a former special ops trainer (& army ranger) and stresses form more than some that I see here on YT (e.g. pull-ups). Personally I think disciplined form trumps mere #'s and 'getting through' a circuit.

(Not to take away from the good work these two did. They're much stronger than I am.)

  • Good lord! I just started Crossfit and i can't break a 6 minute Fran. You guys are monsters!

  • You don't do the fran, it does you.

  • Do full squats, go all the way down to the floor! Get rid of those silly medicine balls! Get your chin above the bar! Crossfit faggots!

  • @valgez1 It's hips below the knees or you can say: upperleg below parallel (with ground).

But we also don't use medicine balls,, just know when you're ok.

  • @Mv181293 You actually have to go all the way down, but it won't let you do the exercise fast

  • @valgez1 The FULL exercise is ok, when hips are below knees. That is the standard for Thruster.

All the way down is not wrong, but neither necessary.

  • @Mv181293 Yeah, as long as Thruster is considered a standard. I'd call Olympic style back and front squats a standard. After all, it's all about physical development, isn't it? Just like most bodybuilders or powerlifters don't do full squats. Doing it all the way down will bring huge benefits, but, i guess, yeah, it won't be a Thruster anymore...

  • @valgez1 Well, my father is a Crossfit trainer and I'm going to become one.

And it's not only become strong, also 9 other aspects of 'fitness'. All full squats need to be hips under knees, but as I said, going lower is not wrong, but just not needed.

The ending of the Thruster is worse (not above heels, not a straight line, not fully extended).

And the workout is: 21-15-9 THRUSTER - pull-ups

  • @Mv181293 Thats awesome, keep it up and learn all you can from your dad. Im the other way around, i have to teach my dad, lol. Again, keep your head up and make a difference!

  • @valgez1 they were under parallel, which is considered deep anyway.

and they did have their chin over the bar. learn2play

  • @intotherei Under parallel? Do it full, all the way down!!! Chin over the bar ??? I touch the bar with my shoulders!!

  • @valgez1 k let's see a video of you doing this workout in sub 3 min. i'll be waiting.

  • @intotherei Haha!!! I'd rather do a "Wank - out" in 3 min :-). Who needs this nonsense ? I'd better do pretty heavy cleans with correct from - true power workout, correct "all the way down" front squats - real strength exersize, and finish with weighted pull-ups, rather than doing those gay kipping pull-ups. Wanna do "fran" ? - do it, if it's good to you.

  • @valgez1 I would never consider this serious strength training but you should try one of these workouts before you knock it. The purpose of Crossfit isn't to get strong it's to get fit. This is for conditioning. I just did fran today and I'm not even kidding you, it's as soul breaking as a set of breathing squats. I can overhead press 160 pounds, but I did this with 65 pounds and it took me 10 minutes to get through it, and I'm in pretty good basketball shape.

  • @LexPhilogus I agree with what you say, - the "fran" can knock me out, but just like ANY exercise - sprinting for too long can make me vomit, etc... But I still find no advantage in doing "Half Squats" and using medicine ball for support. Being fit, in my understanding, means being evrth: strong, agile, having good stamina, etc. There are many other ways to get one's stamina to the limit - I believe that Fran is a redundant exercise.

  • @valgez1 "no advantage in doing "Half Squats" and using medicine ball for support"

Sure there's an advantage. The point is to be able get enough volume for a solid conditioning workout. This is not for maximal development of hip power. You get some of the figurative aspects of a full squat, while allowing for a enough volume to have a good cardio routine. Besides, no one said that you have to do it with a medicine ball.

  • @valgez1 "here are many other ways to get one's stamina to the limit - I believe that Fran is a redundant exercise."

Well, it's incredibly efficient, but I can also see why an athlete of a specific sport wouldn't do it if they had conditioning that more closely mirrored the movements of their sport.

On the other hand, we can wonder why boxers don't throw their jump ropes away, because after all, when are they ever going to jump a rope in the ring?

  • @LexPhilogus Rope jumping is good for boxing - that is "Fist fight" - one of the oldest men activities. Can't say smth similar about Fran - doing fast "Half squat off the medicine ball" is only good for competing in it - designed by CF for CF. Why not try do it fast while going all the way down ? Yeah, that would be slower, right ? Doing too much of Fran can actually be counter beneficial - constant, fast half-ways affect muscles development.

  • @valgez1 "Half squat off the medicine ball"

And thirdly, yeah the girl could be going a bit deeper by some federation powerlifting standards, but she's going deeper than many pro bodybuilders do. Not that this matters anyway because this mostly meant for conditioning, not building maximum power in the squat.

  • @LexPhilogus Can we put the comments in one, 2-max messages :-). Why should you mention powerlifting standards and pro bodybuilders? I thought CF were rather anti. Of course, rope jumping is conditioning for fighting. Sorry if I made you think different. As I said, there are many ways to build stamina - that existed and worked well before CF brand. Doing "Half squats off medicine ball" is called CHEATING - do it all the way down! It's only good for CF contests - much ego is involved there.

  • @valgez1 "Half squat off the medicine ball"

This is ridiculous. First of all, the guy is breaking parallel, and only using medicine ball to indicate depth. You can tell because he's already well into his stretch reflex by the time he touches the ball, and in some of the reps he doesn't even touch the ball, but he's still hitting proper depth. 2nd of all, whether a person is squatting to proper depth or not, is not an indictment of fran itself but of the person doing fran.

  • @LexPhilogus "Half squat off the medicine ball" is only good for competing in it - designed by CF for CF"

No, it builds stamina, and that has application to everything athletic. It won't build power, but neither will jogging. So, everyone should quit jogging too right? And throwing a baseball is only good for throwing baseball, so we should stop doing that as well.

"Doing too much of Fran can actually be counter beneficial"

Doing too much of anything can be counter beneficial

  • @valgez1 "Rope jumping is good for boxing "

How is jumping rope specifically good for boxing, in a manner that running is not? You're argument seems to be based on the notion that since boxers have always done it, it bears some specialized functional relationship to fighting. I assure you it does not. It is a good tool for conditioning, so it's good for fighting in the sense that conditioning is good for a fighter, but that's the extent of it.

  • @LexPhilogus jump roping is good for boxing because it makes your footwork better; you get light on your feet

  • @superfisto That's possible, but dancing does the same thing too. My point was not that JR was wrong, just that it is one of many useful strategies. CF is for general fitness, one of many strategies that can be employed in this regard.

  • Question about the med balls. Is that a guide to show the minimum you should go, or the maximum? Because when I do squats, I go all the way down past where the medicine ball is, but I don't know if that's too far.

  • @Azurite22 when you do a squat you should not arch your back ;) it's easier not to go too low especially when you do a front squat with heavy weight.

  • che gran cagata di sessione di esercizi

  • There r really some haters out there I think this is an awesome work out and I think they did an awesome job I LOVE CROSSFIT!!!

  • crossfit does do strict and weighted pull ups.We also do dips on rings and weighted ring dips. We never do underhand pull ups at my affiliate gym. Don't know why but we never do them. I know they are easier but hey it's all still a good work out.

  • amazing! I will post my Fran video next week!

  • I just did this workout today, I'm a D1 track athlete and it took me 7:45... So hard. Do it before u criticize these ppl!

  • This is brilliant! admirable and motivating. Nice work! :-D clearly none of these ipod wearing posers know what a real work-out is!

  • stop hating on crossfit and get off your computers and do it yourselves. Then maybe you would understand its difficulty.

  • Crossfit 's idea is in developing strength, power, speed, flexibility and agility. But this Crossfit sucks. Seems like the guys who cannot do single proper pull-up found their refuge in kipping pull-ups, and invented cover story about how "functional" they are. Bullshit! Any pro sports or real military coach would stop this nonsense quickly. Also, why don't you guys do weighted Pull/Chin - Ups and weighted Dips? What? They are bodybuilding exercises? LOL!

  • @valgez1 Yes never mind that Kipping pull-ups are how gymnasts get going (momentum) on bars.

  • @ncoopertsu Wow... I hope you are not comparing CF to the gymnasts :-)

  • Weak. With that kind of time I'd have finished all of that and got that girl pregnant.

  • @stephenhawkingcam really? I don't see your fran video? why don't you quit talking shit and put your money where you mouth is cause I doubt you could do fran in 5min and thats being extremely generous

  • @captainspoof101

Man, please. The only time my Fran takes more than two minutes is if I choose to do one arm pullups so I can have an arm free to be flipping the middle finger at people while I'm doing it.

  • change the song

  • this rountine saved me time forr other activiteis i know

  • This looks like several injuries waiting to happen

  • @anon6952 The guy in the video has done CrossFit for 10 years now and in a n interview the other day stated that he had never been injured during the past ten years!!

  • @MrTomCollinson only a matter of time. tick, tock, tick, tock...

How many more people need to be taken to the hospital with rhabdomyolosis before someone recognizes that workouts that are intended to be competitive are inherently dangerous? And now I can't wait for all of those kool-aid drinkers to start ganging up on me, particularly Greg Glassman,

  • Comment removed

  • how much weight is the guy using?

  • I just got a hernia from watching it

  • Who told that fucker to do underhand pullups?

  • @brunedeezy my guess is this dude doesn't waste his time with curls, and uses a supinated grip to focus on biceps.

  • @brunedeezy thrusters are questionable too

  • @siriusb22 True,, not fully extended.

But I think it's still a nice job though

  • @brunedeezy Pull-ups are pull-ups... There is no standard for the grip...

  • @brunedeezy according to the CrossFit.com "

Use whatever grip is strongest for you - palms facing, palms away, palms parallel. You can mix them up. If you can't do many (or any) work on negatives (jump up to top position; lower slowly); use a Gravitron if you have access, or even work on pulldowns until you are stronger. Beware, however, that pulldowns are much easier than pullups, even when pulling bodyweight. Best is to go for the negatives, or multiple sets of one or two."

  • @brunedeezy No kidding eh? That's a chin-up not a pull-up.

  • @brunedeezy

Those are called CHINUP'S....lol @ CultFitters not even knowing that.

  • @gopre80 yea because it makes a difference..whether its a pullup or ''chin-up'' youre still getting your chin over the bar. theyre called pullups

  • @alex4011

Actually it does make a difference. The fact that there are 47 people that agree with the "underhand pullup" comment speaks more about CultFit than people admit. The difference between chinup's and pullup's are in the muscles that are being worked. Let's not get started on kipping lol.

  • @gopre80 the workout is 21-15-9 of thrusters and PULLUPS. a chinup is a pullup. and yes i know there are different muscles being worked. he is simply using a different grip

  • Crossfit girls are so hot

  • @UBSCARED erm.......yes it does you fucking dick!

  • WOW! 2:37!!!!

  • @UBSCARED obviously you have never done fran, buddy.

  • crazy routine and yu deff slapped Fran around! good job!

  • @UBSCARED

ha ha ha ha, bogus exercise? lol

  • @UBSCARED Here is the question. If you were hanging off a cliff are you going to be concerned with "form" or getting your ass over the cliff? I know what I would be concerned with. Functional strength. when bouldering you are using all muscles working together. You use legs to assist with what the arms are doing and vice-versa. To label these pullups as "crap"..based on what? I gym trainer from 1992?

  • That girl is a beast!!! PROPS!!
