@IIIJFRIII So then I'm sure you'd never hang a Monet or other famous painting on your wall since it's a fake, right? I'm sure you only go with name brand prescriptions too over the generics, right? And I'm sure you'd never buy a store brand rather than a big name brand, right? What about a kit car like a Shelby Cobra? A lot of people put a lot of work into building a "fake" of a car they love but could never own. But that's below you, isn't it.
@Nayr747 Im not rich you asshole. But I wouldent for one second spend a fucking penny on a fake watch. You want a fake rolex, go buy an invicta. Dont try and fool people on something like that. You could have not a penny in your bank account but have a 10k dollor watch. Dont mean shit. Some things you shouldent fake, watches being one of the main ones.
@IIIJFRIII Why does almost every single person who's against replica watches make the assumption that the only reason someone would want one is so others will think it's real and so they must a lot of money? Apply this same reasoning to the Monet painting. Most people that hang one on their wall aren't trying to fool their house-guests into thinking their rich; they just happen to like how it looks and it fits within their budget.
@Nayr747 Hay I got ton of art work posters in my room. There is a difference. The thing with a watch is when you get one, thats it, you got one. A real one! Takes a long time for most people to save up for a new watch. Then you get it and you like "o wow a new rolex, whoaa1!!!" To get a fake is no fun at all. To get a new watch that looks like a high end is cool to. But a fake one is just so not cool. Really how many thing are out that that people buy fakes of. Not much, mostly watches.
@IIIJFRIII I would argue that anyone that has to seriously save up to buy an expensive watch is irresponsible. If you're in that kind of financial position you should be spending that money on your mortgage, your kid's education, etc, not an extravagant--and, really, in 2012 useless--hunk of metal. The people who should be buying these watches wouldn't be affected by plunking down $10,000-$100,000 on a whim.
@IIIJFRIII Also, another thing that replica-haters seem to miss when saying "you shouldn't try to fool others with your watch" is that 99% of people who wear genuine luxury watches made for diving, racing, and piloting are not actually divers, race car drivers, or pilots--they're just pretending to be.
@MrVass123 ehh... all you have to do is turn the dial towards your face and then look at the dial and read it, and if the watch is set properly it will then tell you the correct time... what's so difficult about that?
Last precaution: Wait until the watch is all dried up before resetting/re-arranging the crown's tightness. That should make sure the watch remains in good function. But I say it again, if it's clean anyway, then I strictly recommend that you DON'T wash the watch anyways. It might be a top quality but remember it's still doesn't have all the perfect craft the original ones have. It might as well leak some water inwards, you cannot be sure for sure.
...and some dish soap, and foam up the dish soap in your hands with the cold water before applying it to the watch, gently apply everywhere on the watch, don't rush though, then wash it under the cold water but not much, just enough to flow away the foam on the watch. Do it quickly, don't wash the watch too much. Then slowly wrap the watch in some towel or a 100 percent cotton piece of cloth. Wait a little while and that's about it. The whole process is like a ritual. Treat it like a baby.
hay! I have got this replica from Tailand, I bought it for 35€. I really don't want to broke it because it is very ql. Do you thing thet I can wash it?
DON'T wash your replica unless it's top quality. Even then I wouldn't recommend you wash it. If yours is a top quality replica, and if you really ''need'' to wash it, then take your precaution, wind the crown tighter beforehands. Afterall, even replicas of Sea Dwellers are pretty expensive and really similar to the original one, so you don't want some water leak into it. I washed mine several times but took the same precaution. One more thing: Use cold water.
i sell rolex replicas for a l living and i have to say the 2nd one is an amazing replica, really similar to the original rolex. Even till today i cant seem to find any sea dwellers -.-

You just got to love a clip like this, a guy is showing of his fake Rolex watches, and he's wearing dishwashing gloves.
I take great pride in my Seikos, at least they're not fake, and I wouldn't be caught dead in dishwashing gloves, ever, not even when I do the dishes.

A hamisítványokat úgy hívják, hogy "REPLICA"? Ha a lószarra az mondják, hogy csokoládé,
azért még az lószar marad!
