Um. not sure why you need to act like you're some great person on Eclipse. For as long as you've been there I've never heard of you. Also, I've been there longer than you and I have more posts. But anyways, I know this isn't that hard, it's just the fact that nobody ever showed that they actually had decent bosses and compared to what I can do now...almost 2 years after this video, I can code a lot more complicated of a boss.
