This video does not do the resort justice, do never doubt this resort. I went back in 2010 and had the most amazing experience ever. The staff and accommodation is outstanding. I would recommend this resort to anybody. I WILL go back here.

Essen super, Personal war immer sehr freundlich und stehts bemüht alles sauber zu halten, man darf da aber auchm keine hohen Ansprüche haben. (für uns war es ok) der anliegende Xcaret Park ist auf jeden Fall einen Besuch wert. Empfehlen kann ich auch den Schnorchel Ausflug auf Isla Mujeres , mit Abstand der beste Ausflug den wir gemacht haben und wir haben einiges gemacht.

speedy1090 is an a-- place word for an empty circular space here.... This is an excellent resort have stayed her 3 times and I am returning this year in april. Great staff, excellent shows, beautiful grounds and beach area. thanks for bringing back some memories.
@speedy1090 - sorry you didn't enjoy it but I am uncertain why I should get a professional video done? This is simply a video I took while visiting this resort during Christmas 2008.
I'm staying here in mid-December. My wife and I have been to Sandals in Jamaica a few times and it costs more than twice as much as this place. Is there a catch or a reason why?
Stayed at this hotel for 2 weeks last august and it was fantastic. We enjoyed it so much that we have booked to go back this year for 3 weeks. We stayed in the same block (21) but on the ground floor. Weather, facilities and food were excellent and staff were always polite. My 6 year old loved the beach. Highly recommended.
i was just there yesterday for a week long vacation for spring break! It was the BEST!! I love all the pools and food and the beach but i LOVED the late night shows! There were the best!! If anyone is going soon, they should tape the shows and post em on u tube! PLEZ!!! thanks.
been there Feb 06-13 09, i was in building 17,room 17106. Ok lets begin. The electronic safe was a p.o.s, it froze on us twice, and even the technichian froze it once. The cover of the bath gel thing in the shower was broken, and both the shampoo and bathgel cases had mildew on them. another thing was that the beach was a lagoon, you couldn't swim in the ocean unless you want to get impaled by rocks. otherwise everything else was great and i recommed going there unless you have bad luck like us.
OMG same with me. the beach was crazy and the bath gel thing was broken too. our safe froze once and it didnt open for a 1/2 day. i hope u saw the shows. if u did, whicjh ones. THEY WERE ALL AMAZING! love it. i will so go back.
Ha just got back from my vacation here. Decided i should watch a video on the place.
The resort is SOO big!

Just awesome! We stayed at this resort in Oct 2008 and it's still my favourite place to vacation! Going back for honeymoon in Oct 2010! WOO HOO!
