I guess people didn't read the name of the video it says "test drive" in it. The car is meant to be driven hard because I don't think the salesman is likely to let you drive the car for 30 minutes just so that the engine is warmed up. AND yes I own a 335 and it literally takes about 30 minutes for the car to reach its full operating temperature.
wow good job taking off bout 2 years of that cars life span right there if you want such a brilliant car learn how to treat it like one its a refined gorgeous women no some ten dollar hooker ya bang then walk off
I think I will get the IS350 over this car. Both are nice vehicles, but the Lexus has a bit more power, more leg & storage room, more standard features, better electronics, better reliability, and a more aggressive look!
@chadley6916 lol. First of all, one is a sedan, and one is a coupe. Also, the lexus may have more horsepower, but this car has more torque and is twin turbo charged. It will KILL any Lexus IS350 stock in acceleration and handling (the 335iS has the M sport stuff). I think this is also more aggressive looking just because it is a coupe vs. a sedan....
no comparison, two totally different cars, the BMW 335iS is in a different league than the Lexus IS
so you're test driving it without a BMW sales guy sitting next to you? how are you testing this car? it doesn't seem like you went to a dealership to test it.....
I got one- BEST car ever! It's got a split personality: 1- the classy, refined, polite type 2- high on steroids, Tasmanian devil, fast furious type -- the way u drive it determines which one you'll have that day!
@superchargedturbo no it wont be as good as if you had AWD trust me, yes its alot better than all season tires but when your turn you lose some traction
@scottdsaylor clearly he is some fucken foreign imbecile fresh off the boat, not sure who in their right mind would let a car of this magnitude fall into his hands.
@aznb0i3o5 No, it was NOT have it in the sport mode. Note the transmission indicator on the display, D1, D2, D3 etc. If it were in the SPORT mode, it would indicate S1, S2, S3, etc..
I would drive it like that too if it wasint main.

#1. He was in sport, But not in "S" as in sequential. Makes the shifts shift even faster with rev matching.
#2, new car, who the fuck is your dealer? If you didn't buy the car yet, don't do that...
#3. Never do that again.

1. speak clear english
2. who wears red sandals ?..let alone when test driving a car.
3. let it actually warm up
4. its not yours so don't redline it with less then 1000 miles on it (driving new cars 101)

i have never felt more obligated to comment on a video. ever. i have respect for this car, and i have a few tips for you.
1. NEVER. EVER. run the car like that cold. ESPECIALLY during the 1200 mile break-in period.
2. If you are going to run it like that (make sure its warm first), put it in sport or manual mode, and push the sport button.
3. find a better road to unleash the car's full potential.

@cedarsliban ,
tell me honestly,
how much fuel does it consume per 100km?
I mean normal driving,
AND sporty driving...
Cuz i had a 330Ci cabrio smg,
and you just couldn't drive it under 12-15l, no way.
Just on the highway when your going 150km/h it drinks about 7,5l

You're a fucking IDIOT. Revving the engine when it's cold and before properly broken in.

Dude, you didn't even have it in the Sport mode!
With 98 miles on it, you shouldn't be driving it like that anyway... guess it's not yours tho.
