@Wicel0 no, it is not dangerous. This video just explores a funny aspect about how the mind perceives and processes moving imagery. Though it is called an "optical illusion" due to it being an effect observed via sight the real illusion effect is in the brain.
@sciwalk that's funny pretty much the same for me. I find myself drawn back to watching it again and again. The effect is just so odd. I guess it's just my mind wanting to try to better understand it. Poor kids!!! :-D well... hopefully they could appreciate it! Thanks for your comment. ;-)
@leerman22 yes, it does have a really strange effect. It makes me wonder if the fact that it is a galaxy and how that registers in our minds if that affects how it works in some way?
@HerrXRDS if you're not kidding then a visit to your doctor is your best game plan. Something like what you are saying here would be anything but normal.
It seems that even at the astronomical level, things have a spinning nature. I think it would be inaccurate to think the atomic structure doesn't have the same nature. Yet? Electrons spin around nucleus, and not in a spiral?
@Juefawn yes, spirals are definitely fairly universal constructs. I see your comment above about a lack of sound effects. I could have added some but it's a pain because sometimes video with sound get [falsely] flagged for copywrite violation. Thank you very much for your comments!
thumb up if you were waiting a scary face
