  • way to go, girl, Poledouris himself would be proud!

  • Oh man, poor of her, i felt really bad for all the noises and people walking around. Im glad she managed to play it so well despite the adversity. Congratulations indeed, it was a great play.

  • This is amazing. Parents, very good job.

    Great job kid!

    Crom is pleased.

  • bless her little heart!

  • It looks like someone solved the riddle of steel...

  • Fucking audience, won't sit still. Awesome!

  • amazing skill level at such a young age. i cant believe it!!!!!!!!!! CROM!!!!!

  • in the meanwhile audience built a fortress back there

  • Ha ha! I know! She was one of half a dozen soloists performing as a pre-show to the actual school's performance so people were still settling in. It's a shame she was the very 1st one to play because it was very loud & distracting but I gotta say she sure did well to keep a good tempo. She was in her own world for that short piano piece!

  • Cute and talented girl.

    Idiot audience and organization.

  • Amber is going to be an AWESOME lady when she grows up!

  • Bad part on the teacher for yammering and lack of crowd control. Bless the lil one for such a professional representation of this piece. ROck on Lil Lady.. THat is power, what are the keys without the hands that play them ;)

  • This is just awesome. Wonderful piece of music and she played beautifully. I only wish the audience had settled in to truly appreciate exactly what they were seeing. This qualifies as art yo.

  • Whoever picked this song for her, could have not picked a better one. I wish I could have been there to hear her play this.

  • Thanks! (from her dad). I decided to see if I could get her to try something different from all the scales, chords, and simple-sounding songs she was practicing. I was able to find the main score and transpose it in a simple way for her to learn and play. It did turn out quite well. We are planning to add the other "simple" movements to it so that she can learn to play in a way that tells a story. It's so beautiful! I think she's catching on to how dynamics give music emotion.

  • @Jazz0003 You don't need to thank us, it's us who is thanking you for encouraging your daughter to be a part of the arts. Please keep her mind enriched with such good things. It's good parents like you who I hope will raise the future of our world. We need brilliant minds, artistic minds, and without them, creativity and innovations will disappear. Keep up the great work and tell Amber how wonderful she is at playing the piano for me =)

  • Conan the Cutie Pie

  • Thanks Amber in the name of those who loves that incredible music, nice interpretation, keep playing, master Polidouris shoul be proud

  • Who says that next gen is doomed :)

  • @sethman75 In this case is DOOM, not doomed.

  • cute

  • By the way, the woman stops talking at 0:37 and the girls starts at 0:39

  • How disrespectful people moving around while she is playing! Congratulations Amber!

  • @pajaroiintegrado My thoughts exactly!

  • Amber, I'm proud of your parents 'cause they're teachin' you very good things about movies and about music. And I'm also pruod of you, 'cause you're a smart girl, an a awesome piano player.

Good work, keep it up. An italian Conan fan.

  • Thanks so much for your kind words. We had no idea Amber would get such a positive response from this! Just tonight we discovered all these wonderful comments. We read them aloud to her and she became very quiet. She had no idea so many people would love her piano playing. Deep down we can see she is touched and really excited! Thanks everyone for your supporting comments!

  • Teaching her young! Yes, I meant getting her to play a musical instrument while she is young, but also teaching her what a fantastic movie is.

  • She looks so creeped out. lol

  • Crom will be proud...:))) nice work...:)))

  • Conan, what is best in life?

Crushing your enemies, seeing my six year old daughters piano recital, and hearing the adulation of the children.

  • @EighteenBuddha

    HHHHH

    AWESOMEEEEEE!

    Hail to thy!!!!

  • Keep it up, hope to see more from her:).

  • I think all these comments might just let you see more! She's getting "inspired" (her new word of the day) to play more. Keep looking...

  • Incredible. Absolutely amazing that a 6 year old girl could not only play that piece of music, but she played it with the feeling that the piece deserves. I would not be surprised if she became a truely great pianist.

  • Wow, thanks so much for your kind words. Amber is very appreciative. When I was teaching her about "the feeling" we pretended that a grandpa (he with the low booming voice) was telling a grandaughter about a very sad, long time ago story. Then she (with a high, light voice) would tell her bigger sister about the story. This helped show Amber how each part of the movement would have a different feeling to it. It worked!

  • The background conversation at the beginning sounded funny.

  • Lovely work, Amber! You will reach far in life!!! :)

  • Bravo!

  • Completely wonderful!

  • so cute

  • Way to go Amber! I love this tune too!
