  • Ppl don't really realize. We understand them.

  • Good to see them again!

I'd love to see/hear 'The Great Man's Secrets' on Youtube.... any chance?

  • iwas backstage at their gig at royal festival hall and ive met them and i am good friends with them

    SUCK IT!

  • i seen them at newcastle uni 78 and they blew the place away. absolutely great, powerful, commanding, deep, come out feeling I'd just experienced something

  • Yep I was there.. first time I've seen them live and was thinking they would play abit off without John McGeogh but Noko was superb ..they sounded even better than they did all those years ago.

  • hey ash, we were at friday's gig. absolutely fantastic, as good a gig as i've ever seen, amazing they sounded so incredible all these years later! we're still buzzing off it!

  • of course barry was staggerlee

  • brave and awesome. model workers, indeed

  • I was there on the 13th - fantastic stuff. Hardly saw anyone older or younger than 45! They did it just right - little from the disappointing 4th album, and loads of b-sides and rarities. Lived up to all expectations, and Noko did John proud.

  • Looks great, going to see them in Manchester tonight, can't wait!

  • I was there and the affection for this band among the audience was amazing. They can play a bit too and they've got the material to play with as well. Okay I'll admit it. i was a huge fan - best band ever to hit the planet.

  • i was also there, and i agree that it was very special! the lads looked so cool and their performance was spellbinding. I am not sure that other concerts i go to can live up to this!!

  • Thanks for uploading these. A great concert again last night at the Forum. Let's hope there are many more to come?

  • Wow! I was there, and they opened with this following a spine tingling intro of the recording of "The Thin Air". It is the Saturday after and I am still in agony following all my head banging to these classic tunes. A truly spritiual, almost religious experience, especially when Howard paid tribute to the late great John McGeoch. I learnt to play bass and guitar along to this band, and I thank them for giving me this unforgettable memory.
