Combined with intelligence, weapons helped defend people from predators like short faced bears and saber tooth lions. Also, certain traps in a way are weapons such as bear traps. And I never said that you needed a machine gun to kill a deer. And once you trap an animal, it would be a good idea to put it down ASAP because there's no telling what an animal will do once it's cornered.

If the Recon 1 was USA made & maybe had S30V or maybe 154cm steel... Then i'd use it in a heartbeat. But as it stands, it is a wasted design when it is being outsourced to people in straw hats.

The only thing it has going for it is the fact the Tri-Ad lock is nearly impossible to break in the newer models.
