but isnt laser jamers ilegal in perth?i have a v1 and i never get pulled over..befor this one i had rx65 never got no ticket...is it worth getting a laser jammer?and what happens to you if they find it on your car which is not hard to do becuase you can see em near your plates...??
it dosent really matter if jammers are legal or not where you live, the heads are not distinctly noticable and there's really no way to 'detect' jammers, jam codes happen with cars that dont even have jammers and as long as you cut the jammer off when you get down to the posted speed limit you (not done in this vid. because he was on the phone) you won't rise suspicion of a jammer
also even with the v1 - whitch is detects laser almost %100 of the time, it's really useless when agaisnt laser because without a jammer your speed will be clocked INSTANTLY so you have no chance to slow down your just being notified that laser is being used
Did you slow down, shut off the laser jammer and let the cop get a reading? I think everyone that gets a jammer should be instructed to do that; otherwise they will become banned. So far they have already been banned in several states. I would hate to see a federal ban on laser jammers because people JTG.
Was making a phone call at the time, and the laser hit was a total surprise. Unfortunately did not have time/distance to turn it off. I agree with you, I do not recommend JTG practices.
It's such a perfect setup for the police to meet thier "ticket quota" for the month. Speed limit drops from 70 to 60 right before the large curve. You get around it... peek a boo- there he is blasting his laser at you - stealing your hard earned money. Congratulations for taking matters into your own hands. These kinds of methods are ridicules.
