I agree changing ur eating habits is hella hard! A crack head is a good example on how people who over eat feel. I sucked on my 2nd week pre op diet lol as you saw in my last video thats one of the reasons I didn't get my surgery March 19th I'm rescheduled for June 1st though, I'm happy to hear about ur weight loss and good luck!
