  • it seems so easy to do exercises !!!! if only i had motivation for that !!!

  • thank you : )

    loved the ending !!

  • Sneaky trick with the tongue! I didn't know that!

  • I've got a bit of a dodgy knee and find it a little painful to to a press up on my knees. Could I put a cushion under my knees to make the ground softer or will that make the press up less effective? I can't do a proper hard press up.

  • oh so i was doing a sit up right! my pe teacher told me i was doing it compleatly wrong

  • You guys should be Pixiwoo 3. LMFAO

  • Great info! Thank you!

  • How much will push ups alone changge your physique?

  • Nice to see the Pixiwoos getting into it! Make em sweat John! ;p

  • These videos should be filmed shirtless.....

  • Yo its Harrison whats good! good shit mate

  • Should I use other products plus protein?

  • @MrInternetDude You should if you want to use quicker results, I use creatine and bcaa+ in the morning and before workout.

Good video! Very important to get this out there to all the "amateurs" (inluding myself).

    Great, thanks! =)

  • Can you give advice about protein intake?

  • I like doing Jane Fonda's workout (old 80's one) which is great but she does her sits up all the way up to her knees and i just can't do that, after watching this i don't feel bad about not doing them......oh and Leon's bum is fabulous, sorry i just had to say it!

  • Cheers guys keep up the good work

  • nice and slow :P

    helpful tips, thanks guys

  • What a great tip to relieve the strain on the neck during sit-ups, pressing the underneath of the tongue to back of the front teeth. I never would have thought of that, that's why we love you John and Leon, thank you! :)

  • Thank you so much, especially for the sit-ups technique. I have been trying to tone my abs & now I know I've been doing it wrong, no wonder I haven't gotten much results. I appreciate this channel so much, you have no idea.

  • I must say... you have a beautiful ass.

  • *thank you

  • Amazing! Tank

  • can you please do a video on how to strengthen the lower legs area (the calfs mostly)...I've injured my left calf playing soccer and have been given the ok by my doc to try and strengthen it back up again but I dont know too many exercises that isolate the calf muscle..help!

  • Loving you two already. You guys are doing a great job of breaking things down, and making me feel positive about heading back to the gym!

  • LOL Love Nic and Sam (?) at the end!! Maybe since you guys are starting, within the next few weeks or months you could focus on certain exercises for one specific body part per week? So like, arm exercises one week, chest the next, etc. :) Really loving the videos!

  • I was just starring at Leon's arse the whole time..

  • Keep this up guys!

  • Hi guys..great concise tips that I will definitely benefit from. I have a slight tear in my left rotator cuff..any tips for press-ups without putting too much pressure on my shoulders. I do not want to avoid press-ups altogether because I believe they are the best for women's tricep strength. Again, thanks for this great new channel. ~CJ

  • Love it! Im so used to this kind of tutorials in US english that I find you guys quite exotic :D

  • Looking good boys.x

  • push up is difficult for me..i got very weak arms :/

  • Haha come one Sam, you can do it!

  • Nice video guys! Very informative! But I didn't catch the tip with the tongue! What we suppose to do?

  • @gomenaki put the underneath of your tongue on the back of your two front teeth. As when you fold your tongue towards the back of your mouth and then press that underside up against your top two teeth.

  • @rosebudloves thank you! =)

  • @gomenaki I heard put the back of your tongue up against your front teeth

  • @silivrenisil thank u! =)

  • can situps help burn stomach fat or are they just for definition?

  • @madstarules im sure they can as they helped me get rid of my belly fat ! x

  • @madstarules Sit ups do not burn stomach fat,There is no way to target fat loss once you loose it through cardio-vascular exercises and nutrition.

  • @madstarules Burning fat in just one area is physically impossible.

The places where your lose fat are all genetic issue. If you lose fat on your hips very easily and you do loads of situps, you will lose fat on your hips, not your stomach. Alas, you will have to keep on burning fat until it's your stomach's turn to lose fat. You simply can't choose where to lose fat.

  • @madstarules I also want to know the answer =)

  • Thanks you guys! I had no idea I was doing it wrong! You are my favorite already :)

  • lol...ur can still here the aussie accent @ 2:42 'hold it there'....plus thanx guys really useful vid, i guess ive been doing the press up wrong for 2 years :/

  • @shealuving The accent must be a Norwich/Norfolk thing. When my mum goes anywhere outside of Norfolk (where she's from) people ask her if she's Australian because of her accent. I can't hear it myself but I lived there for 18 years so prob got used to it.

  • i cannot do press ups... my arms are just soooo weak... i need weights...

  • I do the hand neck thing

  • thank you!
