The engine is stock except the ITB's and mapping. too, carefully selected upgrades do help to make numbers. And this is the 'tough love dyno' i could take it to another dyno and get over 200hp if I was after figures lol.
@a2664234 yea i was wondering lol, my uncle had a abf passat estate years ago and it was really tuned could out run anything sub cosworth lol did 145 mph and it would have gone faster but it wasnt getting the fuel in, i looking at a rat look mk1 with abf motor 5 speed box and zx9r carbs and shrick cam and big pully its cheap so im gona buy it and get hold of another motor build it with high comp set up and a ported head and a bigger cam and swap for jetted r1 carbs should fly
