He spoke positivly about the curent wardon and the humane reforms he made, especially the vocational training that he felt kept young ofenders from returning.
I read a magazine article about super-max long time ago. Those are scary places to even just look at. Those kinds of prisons can not rehabilitate anyone. Seems they are just made for "holding" people.
Why criticize the way that this guy speaks? He put a lot of work into this video to make it with the pictures and the facts. It is interesting learning about these different places.
