Interesting fact. last year the heat had 29 games against teams <39% (Nets, Bobcats,nogood SF) and 42 games against teams <50% and teams over 50% was 40 . In basketball, who cares if you talk about skills. I believe that LeBron truly is a better player than Kobe skill wise, but Kobe has 5 rings and LeBron has none. Well, Kobe's the best shooter and better in clutch situations but LeBron can use his massisve frame to get to the basket for easy points to create a giant lead in which Kobe simply cannot do. LeBron is also a much better defender because of his speed and size but Kobe is like the Einstein of basketball. Rings do not determine the better player either. Nash, Iverson, and McGrady never got a ring but they are still amazing players. So it all depends on one's opinion but overall, LeBron is better.

There's no way Kobe could get to the basket better than LeBron, even in his prime. Making a fast cut to the basket and getting the ball in is one of LeBron's specialties and nobody can deny that. No one has the combination of the speed, size, and strength of him.

LEbron is the best. HE has a better shooting percentage than kobe, better three point %, and still only 1 point be hind him in scoring. Kobe is one of the only teams with 2 seven foot big men, but he NEVER passes to them. Instead he takes terrible shots. Well, Kobe's the best shooter and better in clutch situations but LeBron can use his massisve frame to get to the basket for easy points to create a giant lead in which Kobe simply cannot do. LeBron is also a much better defender because of his speed and size but Kobe is like the Einstein of basketball. Rings do not determine the better player either. Nash, Iverson, and McGrady never got a ring but they are still amazing players. So it all depends on one's opinion but overall, LeBron is better.

Kobe has 6 rings but its not just him. Basketball is a TEAM sport you must have a great team to win a title. Lebron didnt have a great team with CLE, he was basically carrying the team by himself and took them to the Finals. Kobe has NEVER done that. He needs 1 or 2 more all-star players on the team to get it done. Based on INDIVIDUAL talent, Lebron is a better basketball player. When you look at it as an evaluation of TWO individuals, Lebron James has more talent than Kobe. Hands down.

Kobe Bryant: 31 PPG, 5 assists per game, and 6 rebounds per game.
LeBron James: 30 PPG, 8 assists per game, and 8 rebounds a game.
They're nearly dead even. However, to me, one thing separates them and that's team playing. LeBron always has a high number in assists, whereas Kobe doesn't. The night Kobe had 48 points, he had 3 assists. Just 3. LeBron is also more of a go-getter, as he's averaging 8 rebounds a game. They're both great, nonetheless.
