@frenchytouch Hi, I was wondering what kind of strings you have on your casino, roundwound or flatwound? I'm trying to decide which ones I want. thanks.
I'm on Abbey Roads studio roof, nice one Julien. ( In the words of John Lennon as they left the Abbey Road Studio roof) I'd just like to say thank you on behalf of the group and I and I hope we passed the audition....
I know. In Geoff Emerick's book "Here, There and Everywhere", he talks about the difficulty they had to practice the leads so they could do them live. On the Get Back video, you can see John playing it. I never realized how good a guitar player he was.
@jx14aby All three guitarists of The Beatles were very competant guitar players. For example on their last album Abbey Road, the three of them share playing lead on the song "The End" The last song of the medley which made up pretty much of side two.
@Pappahobo Yes,george's work is as important as john's lead stuff...that's his telecaster rythm that makes the song so "groovy"!!! many guitar players don't pay attention enough to george's part, which is genuine,i think both guitars are clear.
