Now, Donofrio's a lawyer and he's made an argument, but what makes him a constitutional expert? He's admitted on his own site that he rarely practices law anymore, he makes most of his money playing poker.

He produced his COLB, which is all that HI provides by law. It says he was born in Honolulu, and has been vouched for by DoH multiple times. It's prima facie evidence in any court. So do you believe there's some massive conspiracy afoot to defraud the American people?

Donofrio says even if he was born in Hawaii, he may not be a natural-born citizen because of his father's British citizenship at the time of his birth. If the Supreme Court does their job, they should define well what a natural-born citizen is so this kind of confusion at election time won't happen again.
