i still have never actually found the need for shopping centres of this size. its much nicer being out in the open and havign transport. problem with these places is they dont have transport inside them and you actually need it due to the size of them. the shopping malls in canada have segways you can rent.

@210482fmj Well some of us don't use transport in the centre of London to shop around. Who really uses a car to travel to various shops in Oxford Circus for example? Westfield London is like shopping up and down London's busy streets just with a nice roof on top /shrug

THE BAD THING ABOUT WORKING IN WESTFIELD IS WHEN PEOPLE GET LOST AND THEY ASK DIRECTIONS MOST OF THE TIMES IN AN EXTREMELY RUDE WAY (I HAD TO CALL THE SECURITY ON THURSDAY AND I AM NOT JOKING AND THE TWO GIRLS WHO DIDN'T BEHAVE GOOD WITH ME WERE AUTOMATICALLY EVICTED FROM THE STORE)...
