I saw this movie today and it was pretty bad. I'm glad I had a free ticket to see it because i would have been mad if I paid $13. I personally don't recommend it. Mind you, the later screenings were full of high school kids, and i'm sure they would be very obnoxious during the whole movie, so I'm glad I caught a 3pm screening. Just wait for DVD if you MUST watch this film. It is not worth your time or money. Just my opinion :)

The only thing real is the name of the girl (which is a woman in the movie). The story was taken from a real life account of a 17 year old girl who killed her elderly next door neighbor with help from a friend. It's obvious that none of these people are going to remember this movie a day later, and I think that's why critics are trashing it, because it brings NOTHING new to the table. And they're the ones that have to sit through all the mediocrity that the horror genre has become, so you can't really blame them for wanting to see something daring and original.
