3. Che (or possibly Orochi?)

With Baki, everyone is knocked down one peg except Yujiro, until the time comes when he eventually defeats him too, of course.

Oh, and that cave man is somewhere on the list. I haven't read into that part of SoO yet, so I couldn't place him anywhere.

4. Orochi Doppo/Biscuit Oliva

5. Ali Jr./Orochi Kasumi

6. Hanayama Kaoru/The cord Cutter/The tranny

Those are like the top of the whole chain of fighters. All with extreme skills.
